My artist was Ariel. He is one talented, original, well rounded, professional, curteous, artist ! His art is smooth and flowing. Once I described to him my style of at and types of looks I was going for he simply worked on my price and produced images that hooked me. Love his work. I went into this tattoo parlor thinking it was another shop that was nearby. I told the guy I had called an hour ago to make an appointment and he said he hadn't received a call and mentioned that I was probably looking for another tattoo place down the street. He could have just taken me ask a customer but instead said he didn't want to take away business from another shop! What a good guy! I almost booked an appointment with him right there because he was so friendly and helpful but I had already scheduled one with another place. He was super nice and the shop was lovely! If i could give a negative star, i would.As far as a tattoo place is concerned, you should avoid this one at all costs. There are too many other places in the area to even consider this one. I went in with a couple of friends of mine. I was getting an addition to my only tattoo, one of my friends was looking for an addition on to one of hers and my other friend was going in for her first one. My tattoo artist did not do a stencil on a paper but did a free hand with a pen, which i thought did look good because it looked like it had detail. When i saw the final product, the line weight was different from the tattoo the he was adding onto and there were several line flaws (i could not see them until after the swelling went down). Paid $80 for a lined flame (too pricey!) My friend who was getting her first tattoo was working with the other artist she had a specific idea of what she wanted and the artist drew up a sketch. The sketch was larger than what she wanted and not quite how she wanted it so we wanted to consult and collaborate with the tattooist that did mine. The second tattoo artist would not have it. He ended up throwing a temper tantrum like a 5 year old, crumpled up the paper that had his sketch on it, threw himself on the couch in the waiting room and started playing his PS3. When we told the original tattoo artist about this, he gave us a look of this being nothing new. We paid for my tattoo, left and went to another place. AVOID THIS PLACE! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER ONES! i recently got 2 tattoos done at cruz creations. by carlos. my first one was my sons feet print, name, & birthdate. he made me feel comfterble. he kept convo with me. and only took about an hour and a half. i love how it came out. my second tattoo was a coverup. i had my xs name. &didnt know what would cover it up. he showed me different things that could cover it up. so i picked something. &he got everything set up. and when tattooing, he could see it hurt alot after he was like 85% done. he asked if i was ok, and if i wanted to stop and finish another day. i said no. it was ok. he kept convo with me trying to keep me calm. and once again , i am very saticfied with my coverup. yes he has to go over it because its on my wrist. but you cant tell its a cover up. all in all , i would definatly recoment cruz creations tattoo. they are friendly, and i love their work. I have driven buy this place for years thinking about getting a tattoo. I went to a couple of other places who either had their artists quit on them or were so full of themselves that well..... I walked in, showed by drawing and was taken care of right then and there. Nancy took real good care of me as this was my first tattoo.  The place is clean, chill and no one is in there trippin about being such an artiste` It was so chill while Nancy worked on my tattoo, I took a nap. now that's chill. I'm going back for a couple of more pieces. Sorry for the other places I went to. I'm telling everyone I know that this is the place to be. good work, clean place, cool staff. It's all good at Cruz. Started going here for my 3rd tat maybe 2 months ago, this place is great. Ariel is the man! go in with pics or ideas and tell them what you want, Ariel does all his stuff free hand... no stencils needed. Now that is skill! Cool atmosphere, good hours, and friendly staff. Go here for a tattoo! Billy and Ariel are both super cool guys and awsome artists. Billy  did an awsome dragon to cover up a really bad tattoo that I got awhile back.
