I simply had given a call to get a price on a simple piercing and they couldn't tell me saying I had to go out of my way and drive there just to get a price! That's not courteous at all so I called Lotus tattoo and they gave me a nice price and took my business there. Don't waste your time on this basic San Jacinto service. Read Less

We took my baby daughter to get her ears pierced. We couldn't be happier! Carl was so good with her and kept her calm while he and another piercer did both her ears at the same time. The shop is super family friendly, and had no problems with me nursing her once they finished either. They have a good selection of baby earrings and even have dermatologist recommended cleaning swabs for home care. We loved them so much that my MIL stayed for a tattoo after! Thank you! Read Less

I took my 11 month old granddaughter to get her ears pierced and I picked the perfect place!!  I live in Riverside and it was worth the drive!!  Don't judge by the outside of the strip mall!  The inside is exceedingly clean and well kept!!!  The owner is gem and we were able to have two pierces do her ears at the same time.  They do lots and lots of babies and have it down to a science!!  Please don't take your baby to a mall, go to a licensed and professional piercer!  I highly recommend this establishment for their cleanliness, professionalism and SKILL!  Within 5 minutes, my granddaughter was back to her happy self and her ears are not red, inflamed or would you ever guess that they were just pierced!  I got such a good vibe from the place that I even got my existing tattoo redone to include the names of my grandchildren (Shout out to Mylo for some mad skills!!!) but I will post another Yelp for that separate service!! Super fast, but she clamped my tongue pretty hard and that hurt more than the piercing itself. My piercer was Chantelle. A few weeks later I schedule a tattoo with Andrew "chunk" and he did an amazing job! Main thing that annoyed me was the receptionist didn't tell my artist what time my appointment was so he had to call and ask me what time I was going in himself. Overall, very satisfied with my 2 visits and totally recommend coming here! Read Less

This was my first tattoo, so I went in with allot of questions.The staff was very friendly and informative. Carl and Dillion were very helpful in working with the design that I wanted, gave advice and suggestions to help make sure I got the most out of my first experience. I had a green man done on right shoulder Tuesday and was so happy with the result, I went back on Friday to get a tree of life on left shoulder. If it's your first tattoo this is the place to go, if your a veteran you will know your in the right place as soon as you talk to the staff. They provided a very friendly and comfortable environment. I got my webbing done here and i have had no problems! It's recently been updated and my whole family goes, it's a great place, no complaints! This is the only tattoo plarlor and art gallery in the IE! EXTREMELY kid friendly as well! Give it a try and you'll keep going back! Read Less
