This tattoo shop is absolutely fantastic. Inquired on Tuesday, and walked in on Thursday and in less than an hour had the tattoo that I requested. In fact Gavin did better than I even expected. He had a design ready for me when I walked in the door and knew who I was without even officially meeting me. I'm not usally one to speak negative but i feel i need to share my experience. I was recommended this shop by a coworker and decided to go in an get my nose pierced for the first time. All went fairly ok until the actual piercing. The piercer(short asian guy) seemed to struggle with getting the jewelry through my nose but after a few minutes it was in and i was on my way out. I left and after about 30 minutes my nose was still bleeding! Called the shop and recieved no help.To make a long story short, i had to go to laughing buddah in upland to get it fixed. One of the piercers there said my nose was pierced at in incorrect angle and was placed way to low(on the curve of my nostril not in the crease. Came Here On 1/5/2019 after calling and asking about a nose piercing. Walked in and waited about 5 minutes and was able to be in and out the piercing cost $20 and also included the jewelry. The place was very clean and sterile had a wonderful experience. Would recommend! Read Less

I'm extremely satisfied with my tattoo and charges fair prices for what you want but if you want something that can't be done he'll you know professionally and that's what you want from a tattoo artist instead of one that will steer you in the wrong direction! I came to this shop once in 2013, yea, 5 years ago. The atmosphere was very good, but I remember feeling like I was out of place. Some of the guys were busy and the ones that weren't busy didn't really say much. (As in greeting or making small talk.) Anyway, I picked out the tattoo of my choice and this guy who's name is Carlos, or cesar or maybe even Oscar. IF YOU WANT NIPPLE PIERCINGS READ THIS!!!! I went in to get my nipples pierced and the guy was super friendly very professional but he ended messing up on one of my nipples really bad. When he proceeded to pierce my nipple he ended up piercing my areola. On both ends. The other nipple piercing came out perfect thou. (Btw he pierced me with an eye brow piercing He didn’t even use the correct piece of jewelry) I didn’t notice it came out wrong because one I was looking away, the swelling was bad & i didn’t know if whether or not that was normal. I should have known better but yeah. so I went back becauase the swelling wouldn’t go down and he said he’d give me a bigger piece of jewelry because the one I had, my skin was starting to over lap the piercing. As a piercer he should be able to see the mistake he made because it was very obvious but no. He continued to switch the piercing anyway even thou he was very capable of being able to see he pierced it wrong! And Oh my god as he was changing it, it hurt soooo much I bled & I cried...Him piercing it wrong and then attempting so many times to switch the piercing (due to all the blood he couldn’t see the hole) it made it extremely swollen and I was in such horrible pain. It just made everything 10x worse. A few minuets later it was happening again my skin was over lapping the bigger piercing. It got even bigger because the swelling got worse. At that point it was so swollen it was ridiculous & it looked deformed so I decided to go somewhere else & take it out literally 30 minuets after he changed it. I’m only giving it two stars because he felt bad for me so he offered a reduced price on any other piercing I would want but I wouldn’t go again. Read Less

About 2 weeks ago, I took my 2 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and Walter was great! He was careful with her in case she moved or cried, but everything went great! Major props to Walter for having a ton of patience! He explained afterwards proper care and what to do in case of infection, but to this day my daughter's ears look good and healthy. I've gotten my belly button, septum, and my nostril pierced at this location throughout the years. Every time it has been quick in and out. I was very disappointed in the visit that I had today with them. I walked in with my significant other in the hopes of getting a tattoo but instead I was ignored and treated as if I wasn't  there. There was only one tattoo artist with "No Regrets" tattooed on his face and one piercer. The piercer spoke kindly and professionally to me and told me the tattoo artist would be with me in a few minutes. I glanced over to see that he was prepping to start a tattoo but before he did he came to the counter to see about the customers ahead of me. He refused to do a cover up for the girl in front of me even though someone had recommended him to her. And after that. He just walked tf away. it was clear that we were not in a group seeing as we walked in at separate times but I guess the tattoo he hadn't even started yet was more important than the art that I was hoping to get myself. I should have known from there that his attitude and energy was not the best but I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and I stood at the counter for a few more minutes. he clearly knew that I was standing there waiting to be serviced but instead he decided to go fiddle with his needle and gun for a few minutes with his back turned to me. First off let me say how excited and happy I am with my tattoo. When I first walked in I was greeted and the gentlemen at the counter was so helpful and took the time to listen to what I wanted and didn't make me feel rushed. I felt so comfortable and the tattoo artist took the time to help me decide on a great idea for a cover up and gave great feedback. The tattoo artist who I believe is the owner, his chair sits off to the left when entering was so helpful. This shop has great customer service, plenty of seating room. And was so nice and kind to my 3yo daughter who came with me. The lines are nice and sharp and the colors are amazing. I can't be more happier and I would recommend this place to anyone I know. Gavin is seriously amazing. I had a shitty ass sleeve outline from the grand tattoo lodge (from Jeremy). I desperately contacted him as all other shops saw the sleeve and turned me away. Gavin saw my arm, told me to come in the next day and we immediately got started on fixing the sleeve. About 4 sessions later, my arm looks 100% and I get complimented daily on it!! Won't ever come here again. Only one that's ever pierced my ears is that skinny guy with a bunch of lip piercings that is now FIRED. Really upset about this bc that guy always did an amazing job, super friendly and fast. Now there's no one there to pierce. My daith piercing fell out so went to try 2 get it put back in which that guy always helped me out with whenever a ring came out. but they're closed Thursday. Fair enough. I go Friday (now that my piercing is completely closed) TO FIND OUT NO ONE CAN HELP ME. So he sends me to Steel&Ink and says they can help me out, I'm getting charged double what I would've paid here and driving out an extra 15 minutes when Lucky 7 is down the street. Bad move. Just got a second piercing in my ear lobe, staff was really nice, quick, and professional. Slightly crooked but I was ultimately the one who picked the placement- they marked my ears, gave me a mirror and asked me if I agreed with it, to which I said yes. So i took my mom yesterday to get a tattooo.. note this was the first one ever.. we were greeted and helped right away.. all the guys their are nice. we were directed with Trey and he was very helpful. He asked us he would work with us and our budget which i liked right away because not everyone is like that so i trusted him right off the back. he did my moms tattoo and we loved it. He did such a good job and she was very happy. So i went today so he can fix a tattoo that i got 2 yrs ago. I was very happy with how my tattoo came out regretting i didnt go with him way sooner. The colors are very bright and exactly what i was looking for. My fiancee was also happy with how it turned out so we will definitly go back. i strongly reccomend going to him. i will post pictures as well so everyone can see. That will def be our go to shop. Worst tattoo shop ever! DO NOT LET TRE DO YOUR TATTOO! He is the worst tattoo artist and so unprofessional! I got a red cross on my wrist and the lines are uneven, he told me because the tattoo is red, but that's a lie! My friend does red tattoos and after his work is healed the tattoos are still straight and bright red! I was told to come back after my tattoo was healed to get it retouched, but when I came back Tre first pretended like he didn't remember me, but after I insisted he did my tattoo and showed it to him, he told me he had someone coming in and to come back. He lied, he just didn't want to do my tattoo, his friend came into the shop and he just left with him. I called the shop today to complain and he was unprofessional, he again tried to blame his uneven lines on the color of the tattoo and said I could not get a refund.
