I want to tell you she is terrible. I want to tell you her shop is a disaster and you're likely to get crabs upon entering. I want to tell you that she is extremely rough and her needles are dirty and the only color she has available is baby poop green. I want to tell you all of these things so that when I want to go in for some amazing and beautiful ink I don't have to wait forever for an open appointment. I got my first tattoo for my 55th birthday and until my first consultation I had never stepped foot inside a tattoo shop. I had absolutely no idea what to expect and found Jenn through YELP and based on what I read I made the internal commitment to get a long wanted tattoo. Jennifer scheduled me in for 5:30 in the evening. When I arrived, there was no one still being inked. She was ready with everything for me, had her attention fully for my piece next, and no existing customer was left feeling rushed, like one would feel while in a chair of a Super Cut. Do you think it was just a coincidence that she was free at 5:30? She could only have planned it that way, my friend. Ample time for her previous customer, for herself, and for her next customer - me.I always look for small details like these. Life isn't just chanced happenings. A lot of times thoughts ran behind. Jennifer is thoughtful, and for adding a piece that lives as long as you do, this is comforting, assuring. Tattoo is all about details. Jennifer has all the details handled and covered. That's what your tattoo needs; not just your skin, but her thoughtfulness and skilled rendering . That's the way it started, for me to get my second tattoo, after 25 years of happy existence with just one. And she was perfectly accommodating, first letting me decide where it goes, then letting me try the draft out at a slightly different location, until I'm sure of it. The piece took more than two hours to complete. But she was friendly and dedicated throughout. It's a very demanding job, I imagine; everyone expects you to deliver perfection. Nothing less. And for my tattoo, she delivers. At the 9th and 10th hour of her work day, she inks perfection. Jennifer is wonderfully skilled. The place is wonderfully clean. My tattoo came out exactly how I pictured it and exactly how it looked as drafted. The whole experience was simply outstanding. Leonardi Tattoo. Lots of people get inked in Sacramento. Jennifer was recommended to me from a friend who is very picky about her ink.  She did one of an eiffel tower for me commemorating my Paris-Brest-Paris ride based on a crude drawing I gave her on a piece of scrap paper.  It turned out beautifully and it was photographed a lot when I did the ride a couple of weeks later in France by other cyclists. I got so many compliments.  So when my daughter and I decided to get mother-daughter tattoos, she was my only choice.  We downloaded photos this time and the one she did for my daughter was exactly what she asked for (geometric and beautiful).  For myself, I asked Jennifer to use her best judgment and wow, was it amazing.  I've included the eiffel tower and the rose in this review.The rose is incredibly detailed and the shading is absolutely stunning.  This makes my little shamrock first tattoo look (done by someone else) so basic that I look forward to her "fixing it".  I never thought I would be the kind of person who would get addicted to ink but seeing Jennifer's work really makes me want to come back for more. Got a tattoo in Hawaii a few years ago when I got married, a turtle, I've always felt it was just a turtle stuck in nowhere land. Jennifer is great! :) I contacted the shop because I was specifically looking for a women artist and I am definitely happy with the work/service we received. I called wanting to schedule an appt for me & my sis for my lil sisters 18th bday (it was a,Sunday, appointments only) At first she was unavailable so I just scheduled my appt for. Oct. 5th..well Jennifer contacted me later in the week & said she would be available Sunday afternoon to do both :) we jumped on it! Lol came in at 2 and she already had what we wanted drawn up. She was super sweet & professional. We were talkin about food while she did my sisters tat and when she finished she told us to go get some food while she preps for me...Yayy!
