One guy was eating behind the counter and didn't acknowledge me walking in. Another was preparing to pierce a nose. He walked out twice to where I was waiting in the lobby unable to say anything at all to me. Then 15 minutes later, waiting in an empty lobby several employees arrived but no one could tell me that I couldn't be helped. So I waited for the nose piercing to finish assuming he was busy. But he came out and was rude and confrontational when I asked why it took him 20 mins to acknowledge my existence. He told me he it was only 15 mins and he was dealing with something more important. Okay guy, your a jerk. Hang a sign or something next time and you won't waste peoples time and continue to lose customers over basic human acknowledgement. I'll use amazon next time. Read Less

Came into DV8 to get my ears re-pierced since I haven't worn earrings in almost 15 years. Up until a few years ago, I could shove an earring through with effort but I no longer could the past few times I had tried. I really want to wear earrings for my wedding so I decided to come to a professional piercing shop to make sure they would re-pierce my ears properly.  I walked in on a Saturday morning and was greeted right away. I told him my little story and he said let's figure out if we can push an earring through before we go for a needle, since needles cost more. Glad he wasn't trying to get a quick buck from me and actually tried out options first. With a bit more muscle, he was able to push through the backside of my precious earring hole and break the skin. So no needles were needed! I ended up buying earrings there and had him put it in. I'm generally very picky about the energy of a piercing/tattoo shop, and this one was clean and comfortable to walk in and get something done spontaneously, the piercer was very informative and thurough on aftercare instructions, it's been a few years since I got my last piercing done and he made sure to inform me on new understandings of healing and what's the best products to use. He was also really helpful with checking out the anatomy of my ear and explaining to me exactly why that placement willl fit for best results. The piercing itself was quick, precise, and easy. I've gotten my nose, industrial, nipple piercings, and first tattoo done here and absolutely love this place! The staff is so knowledgeable and walk you through each step of the process and do an amazing job of calming you down if you get nervous. I've been one other place for piercings and it was a mistake. I walked in without an appointment. They actually were able to fit me in right away. I had Jeff help me. He did a couple of simple stick and pokes that I wanted permanent. He went right over them and made them look really great. I brought a card in with my mom's signature on it. He copied that and put love, mom on my wrist. Looks exactly like her signature. I was so happy when he was done with everything. He's very nice. Does really great work. I highly recommend him to everyone. Here is why we don't recommend Dv8 for piercings: 1. About 3 hours of waiting time. 2. They don't do appointments. 3.Phone call answers should be more professional. 4. For whole world the American passport is THE document, for this place not so much. When we called they suggested to come at 6:00pm which we did. Then we had to wait and wait....70 min before we finally did paper work and Jewelry with a snappy teenager behind the counter and whole lot of attitude. Our crazy price of two belly button piercings & jewelry would of be $240.00! But after waiting for total of 2 hours and 45min we were done with this place and left. P.S. Next day Wild Bills made appointment for us! We spend total 20 min and $90 with piercings and jewelry for two we got it done in a quick professional matter! Read Less

The place appears clean and is centralized in roseville. The challenge is that the piercing and Tatoo sections of the shop don't communicate. Because we have had issues in the past, we called beforehand to see if the piercing was open in which the said yes. We arrive 10 minutes later and they stated piercing was closed. We stated that we just called to which they said, "yah sorry". They are rude and clearly don't communicate.  They don't seem to value their customers time or satisfaction. After researching some places on Yelp, I settled on DV8 and I'm so glad I did. I heard great things about dv8 from friends about piercings and their jewelry. I decided I wanted to get a simple name tattoo, my husbands name, Sporadically to surprise him, I messaged dv8 inquiring about getting a tattoo and I got a call from JEFF with the hour. He said to come in and lets get it done. I came in and explained I wanted a simple name with some shading to make the letters pop. He said he needed time to draw it up and let's go ahead a book a time to do the tattoo another day. I was in no hurry because this is a permanent tattoo and I want someone to not just suddenly draw and stick just anything on me. I agreed. Jeff also said it's optional to put a $60 deposit down going towards the tattoo , deposit will be kept if canceled within 24 hours  prior to the appointment ,  he said just call and let him know if anything changes theirs no worry at all. As I sign the paper and hand over my optional $60 holding fee. I asked him how much the tattoo would be and the end result and he said $200-280 . I talked to my husband when I got home and he encouraged me not to get his name tattooed, after our discussion I agreed that I shouldn't. I contacted Jeff within a couple Hours (that same day) and told him I could not follow through with the tattoo or appointment. He said no worries the deposit will be kept and put towards another tattoo because he already started to draw up the name tattoo.  I wasn't going to argue with him even though he did say to call him and let him know if I changed my mind and their would be no problem. I told him can I just get a few symbols on my hand / knuckle heart, star, diamond, some filler stuff. He responded - You put sixty-dollars down and we have a shop minimum of $80. Getting a bunch of little tattoos adds up, so I'd want to be able and discuss the whole matter, again. there are also just certain parts of the hand that we choose not to tattoo also. So let's talk in person! To be treated like this is just wrong I do have money  to spend on tattoos as if I was made to seem like I wanted a bunch of small tattoos because they would be "cheap" I just want to say that in customer service business the guest should be a priority , And I definitely won't come back to dv8 solely to get a tattoo because I won't let anyone work on me that #1 went back on their word about the deposit and secondly made me feel as though I was being cheap. I called to speak to the owner "rick" apparently is only in the office on Mondays and I never received a call back  it's been three weeks, I was told I couldn't use  the deposit towards a tattoo with another artist. My daughter and I stopped in and saw Gary to get some piercings. My daughter got her nipples pierced and I got a daith. Gary is friendly, funny, and soooo knowledgable! This is my happy place! I love that they have a quality selection of jewelry so I don't have to get stuck with ugly jewelry while my piercings heal. I've had multiple piercings done here and they always turn out amazing and I'm super comfortable every time. Also if you want an awesome tattoo Liz is the most amazing artist I've ever met. Let me start this review on a good note. 5 stars because the owners are very humble, helpful and nice. A pleasure to communicate with, they know exactly what they are doing and I'm living for it. I'll always come back for the quality jewelry and the professionalism the owners maintain on the piercing side. The tattoo side is a completely different ball game, when I first walked in, trying to get someone's attention, a man and a blonde woman were arguing. Cringe. I asked if I was allowed to say hi to my friend, who I met there, who was getting tattooed at the time by Melissa. They pointed in that direction and said "sure". Ok, thanks. I find it important to mention that my friend and I had an amazing encounter with Melissa. She has this sweet, straight forward but bubbly personality that's rare to find. She is a phenomenal artist and she is realistic, VERY detail oriented and straight to the point. She was honest with me about a cover up she couldn't do for me, communication was great. The lettering tattoo she did for my brother in law was perfect. I would recommend that anyone that goes to dv8 get something with Melissa. Okay so now onto two things that really bothered me, one in particular that's made me not want to go back. While I was in the shop, one of the artists came up to me (short, blonde) and asked about my arm that's blacked out, asked about the white ink over it, and when I told her it was a process she said "eh, I've seen worse. It's whatever". I didn't respond with anything and I wish I did but here I am writing about it on yelp. I know. Boo hoo. DO NOT make an insulting gesture towards someone's tattoo if you work in a shop that does not attract clientele that is NOT okay and I will NOT be getting tattooed here for that reason. 2nd reason isn't a big deal but like by the way hey maybe absolutely don't have three different types of music playing AND some random guy playing a guitar all at once in the tattoo area. My daughter has wanted a nose piercing since she was 12- I told her then that's ask me again when she was 16. Wow, time flies  so we went after she got her grades for the first semester. Very nice people work here and I thought the prices were very fair. She got it done and the guy who did it was professional and quizzed her on how to care for it after the cashier explained it to her. My sisters-in-law got her ears pierced for the first time. She was excited to get the done. Mitchel was very nice and walked her through the documents she had to sign, gave the prices for the earnings and piercing: $20 each earring, $25each ear and $15 for the cleaner total came out to $105. It's expensive but It was done the correct and safest way. Mitchel was through with walking her through the procedure and gave her all the information of keeping them clean and caring for them so they can properly heal. Great place! Read Less

I had my nose pierced here about 2 months ago. I have wanted my nose pierced since I was 15! I'm now 29. Lol. Marshall was awesome. He was very informative and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Lots had changed since my last piercing. (Not to mention this place is beautiful! So clean, lots of selections and just very organized. I mean the glass was even spotless!) Everything I thought I knew had changed about piercings. I was nervous hah. But it did not hurt at all!!!! My eyes watered but that was it! My nose was sore for like a day, that's it. It's not in pain and it's healing wonderfully. I cannot wait to go back in for a hoop. I never got any piercings here but I did come here to change out my nose piercing. Long story short I felt like my nose piercing had partially closed up and sure enough, it did. It was from my stupid choice to switch my nose piercing to a bone type stud and I tried to switch back to my old piercing which instead made my piercing bleed. Freaking out, I called them and immediately went there and they assessed the situation swiftly and we were able to guide a new piercing in with a taper instead of having to repierce it. After looking at several reviews here and on Facebook we chose to take our 9 yr old to get her ears pierced at DV8. She had been asking for a few years and finally felt she was old enough to take care of them. They were awesome. Very thorough in explaining everything and had a great selection of earrings for her to choose. The shop is very clean and nice inside. The backs are flat which is so much better for kids than typically earrings. They were meticulous with no cross contamination and using sterile tools. They made sure it was lined up correctly. It's been many, many years since I have gotten a piercing. I was excited to get my septum pierced but I wasn't looking forward to the first part. That part where I'm not too sure how it works and I have a bunch of questions and feel like a nuisance to my piercer. Very friendly people with fast and great service. I lost the back to one of my titanium earrings I got years ago this morning, called DV8 and was informed they can take care of it. I showed up and the guy sold me a replacement barbell back with internal threading. I love my earrings and was happy that they didn't try to sell me a new set. I've got a nickel allergy and DV8 has a huge titanium selection. I was in and out within 10 minutes and it was a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this gem to other people and I will be back for more piercings and my first tattoo with them. My friends and I came in for a couple of piercings, and we were all thrilled with our outcome and the service we had! Marshall was the one who checked us in and did all of our piercings. My girl got her ears pierced about 3 years ago and didn't have the best experience. It was at a doctors office and they used a traditional method with a piecing gun. Months later we took them off to change out the earrings and they fell off during the night. By morning, one was closed and she didn't want to go through that experience again so she decided to wait until she was older. We got referred to this location by a friend of mine who lives in the area. I called ahead of time and spoke to their main piercer who works with kids, Marshall. He was very informative and explained their process and what to expect. On the day we arrived, my daughter was nervous but excited at the same time. Marshall explained the process to her and he didn't proceed with the steps leading up to the piercing until she was ready. He was SO patient and kind. I am really disappointed in this place.  I have visited DV8 several times before for various reasons and haven't experienced the best customer service, but nothing ever significant enough to complain about. Just today I was heading to the shop to pick up a piece of jewelry for one of my ear piercings. I called about 20 minutes before I arrived to make sure that they had what I was looking for and they said they did. I got there and walked inside and was promptly told that they would be going on an hour lunch break before they locked the doors to the piercing side of the building and left. I then had to leave and drive the half an hour back home since it seemed ridiculous to wait an hour to buy one small piece of jewelry, and I was not particularly interested in giving them my money. I do not expect the employees to not go on their lunch break because of me, but I found it quite rude that I firstly was not told when I called that every piercer would be leaving for an hour, and also that I was turned away and not even talked to as a customer, and had to drive an hour for no reason. I got my first tattoo here about a month ago with Bones. Not only did he completely do amazing at the concept I explained I wanted, but he was so quick! It took him right under 2 hours to complete my tattoo. He let me know I could take breaks, but I just wanted to get through with it as soon as possible, so I appreciated him working so quickly and being supportive as I was sitting in pain. He did great! We went to DV8 today and Steve was so kind and patient with us. He showed us all of the jewelry choices and thoroughly explained the process. He talked to my daughter directly. She tends to be on the anxious side (she's shed tears over the mere suggestion of removing a bandaid) so I was a little apprehensive about how she would do. Such a good experience! I previously got my nose pierced at another shop, many years ago and my experience was night and day. At Dv8, everything is super clean and well kept. You can see them sterilize their tools and all the jewelry is handled by gloved hands. They automatically email a copy of your release and after care instructions, which was awesome. Today was my second time coming to this shop. Never gotten a piercing here, but I did come to get jewelry replaced for my nose piercing twice. The first time Marshall helped me and he was a little flustered helping a really difficult customer, but he handled it with grace and made jokes with me while helping me pick jewelry out. Today, Rick, I believe is the owner, helped me and he was so detailed and informed me of the differences between different jewelry. We talked about life and I left the shop with a smile. I am from the Bay Area and recently moved here so this is my new piercing shop I'll be going to regularly for all my piercing and tattoo needs! Clair's at a mall VERSUS body piercing shop!Oh my gooooddnneesss... Shout out to Rick! The most patient, understanding, and detail-oriented man to re-pierce my lobes. He fixed me!A few years back, I got my first and seconds done at Clair's at the mall, with a year break between each set. The holes were uneven and too close together. I grew frustrated by how lopsided wearing earrings looked. I did a walk-in at this shop, and explained my situation to Rick. He literally took a caliper to both my ears and precisely measured new holes with balanced spacing. We figured we'd keep one hole in tact and just re-pierce the other three. He made certain he understood what I wanted and where. He was very good about explaining everything he was doing and checking to make certain I was comfortable every step of the way. Very good set of artists here. Have been here twice, once for myself and once with my friend; both tattoos were fantastic. The quality for the price is amazing. Was able to walk in without an appointment and get a tattoo within 20 minuets. I forgot the guys name but it was Wednesday 4-18 around 4-4:30ish he was super gentle and very friendly and made me feel super comfortable! He gave me exactly what I wanted... even took the time to place the stencil over again 3x till it was in the EXACT spot I wanted it without looking annoyed or irritated at all which gave me a better experience. Came in to get my lower cartilage pierced during their Friday 13th promotion. My experience was enjoyable because the staff were very friendly and patient with their customer because they had a big crowd to assist. They made sure everything is sterilized and even did a consultation for the piercing to inform costumers if their piercing is suitable for their bodies. The only downside is their pricing, I paid 50$ for my piercing because their jewelry is overpriced. Being Friday the 13th my piercing was discounted so you can only imagine their regular price. However, the experience was what made it all worth it , so I honestly don't mind the price because they made sure everything was sterilized and made sure the customers understood if their piercing would be suitable for their body or not. I was looking to get a cartilage piercing and I decided to give this place a go because of all the great reviews and I was in the area on that day. The place is fairly big and is divided. One section is where you go for piercings and the other is for tattoos.I got my piercing done by Marshall and he was really awesome. I was a little intimidated at first, but he's a really nice dude who took the time to explain the process as well as the healing stages to me as this was my first time getting a piercing at an actual tattoo shop. He made sure I was comfortable and asked me if I was okay afterwards. It was $45 for the piercing and the most basic stud they had.I really enjoyed it here and the only reason why I gave it 4 stars (and this may just be me being picky) is because when my friend and I first walked in there were a couple of employees behind the desk who were talking and they looked up at us then just went back to talking. I've had a couple piercings done here, as well I brought my 14 yr old niece to have 2nd holes pierced in her ears. DV8 and Marshall were recommended to me by someone in the business, so I've only seen Marshall when I've gone in, and he is awesome. After looking at online reviews for DV8 I finally talked myself in to going in to get a new piercing. I went in hoping to get my Tragus pierced but Marshall warned me that the shape of my ear could add complications to the piercing. Super happy with the honesty and not just piercing it for the money. So we came in today so that Rick could meet my daughter before he would decide to pierce her ears. She is only 4 and it was hard to find a professional place (not the mall) that would even consider it. He talked with her to make sure it was what SHE wanted! This place is amazing! He was very good with her and she did amazing! Her bday is this week (turning 5) and had her heart set on getting them pierced for her bday. This place was so clean! Came in after a friend recommended dv8 for a not so common piercing I wanted. Marshall was slammed and still patient and accommodating to everyone there. Because there were a few people in front of me, I was able to observe his interactions with multiple different people. Wonderful service and results. This was my first time getting a piercing with a needle. Marshall did my helix cartilage piercing with the aftercare spray for all about $65, and it went by so smoothly even though I don't like needles, he did it so professionally that I barely felt anything. My 14 year old daughter came to me and asked if she could get her ear pierced - again.  This time, and the final time, she wanted the cartilage of her left ear pierced.  Thoughts of doom and is this the gateway to more drastic body art? What would be next a new boyfriend in a punk rock band?  I listened and considered her reasoning.  She is a wonderful daughter, straight A's, loving, sort of mild person, loves horses, surfing, and best of all her dad (me).I did my research - WebMD, parenting.com, lots of Yelp reviews, other parents, grandma, etc...And low and behold I come to DV8 body piercing - Yikes!  I'm going to take my little girl to tattoo 'parlor' called deviates!?  What am I thinking!? Is this bad parenting!?But, after talking with Marshall Phillips and checking out the place my nervousness was relieved.  The place looks very hardcore on the outside, but it is very clean and orderly on the inside.  I was impressed by the process of DV8 to verify that my daughter was who she said she was (school id with picture) and that I was actually her father (drivers license with same last name).Also, Marshall and the others in the business are certified as having knowledge and proper procedures to avoid blood borne pathogens.  I would not have even thought about that and certainly those cute little ear pierces in the mall don't have this certification. One of DV8's slogans is "See a gun run"!  They don't use piercing guns only one use sterilized needles.  Marshall walked us through the whole process of how he sterilizes the equipment.  Those others in the mall certainly don't do this.If you have agreed to allow your youngster to pierce I would recommend you take them to DV8 body piercing. After reading many reviews on Yelp of piercing places in the area, I decided to take my 12 year old here to get her second ear piercings done.  I thought I'd be happy based on reviews but I was more than happy - they were great!  He took his time, explained everything to my daughter, made sure she would take care of the piercings and made sure she was comfortable with it all.  I particularly like how she was talked to directly about after care instead of him talking just to mom (me). Their cleanliness and concern for a sterile environment is amazing. I think I'd elect to have surgery in there it's so clean!  Her piercings went great, she commented how it didn't even hurt. In the next few days we were both impressed by how her ears never turned red like after her first piercings from Claire's.   I believe all their earrings are made of titanium and not some cheap material that makes it easier for an infection to sneak in. Marshall was great. I got a Daith piercing for my headaches. I was kind of s sissy about it and he talked me off the ledge. My ear fully healed after two weeks and my headaches are gone! I was a walk in on Saturday for daith piercing I waited about 1/2 hour. I had Marshall do my piercing and he helped me pick out my Jewelry and was very patient with me. He went over the after care instructions in great detail before doing the piercing so I knew what I was getting into. I had done my research online and I had been told that depending on the person doing the piercing it could be very painful. I will say I had not additional discomfort than I did when getting a normal ear piercing. I didn't have any paid yesterday or today except when I cleaned it other wise no pain or discomfort;. I was even able to sleep on it. I am extremely happy with my piercing and with Marshall and the clean and sterile shop that DV8 Tattoo and Piercing is. I am so glad I came in. I've been wanting to get my nose re-pierced and after looking at yelp reviews I decided to stop in. I was lucky enough to find parking, parking can be scarce. They had a large selection of jewelry. Marshall helped me and was very informative about the different jewelry. I got a 14k white gold stud with a cubic zarconia. Marshall explained every step and was constantly changing his gloves. A huge pet peeve of mine are people who touch things with gloves that have nothing to do with what they are doing and then don't change their gloves. These guys (and girls) are amazing! I've had many of my tattoos done here by Jessie P. And the owner has done my piercing to help with my headaches. Jewelery is more than I originally expected but after looking around it's average prices and they are very helpful in suggesting what type to get and use. I had a "daith" piercing done here about 2 years ago only had 2 headaches (from dehydration) since then. It had fallen out because I had changed to cheaper jewelry (because i...t was cute) and i wasn't able to put it back in myself. For the first time since having it fall out I got another head ache so i went back in the other night and with the help of Rick picked out a new ear ring, he put it back in and within a couple hours I was feeling much better. A huge thank you to this shop and their professional clean and welcoming atmosphere! Scheduled my appointment 2 weeks ago for my brother and I to have matching tattoos. Unfortunately my brother backed out last minute. I brought a friend with me for support. My artist, Jay, was AMAZING. He made my tattoo original and it came out better than I ever imagined. I've always wanted my capricorn and alchemy earth symbol tattooed on my body but was indecisive on where I would want to place them. Finally I came up with an idea that I am oh so proud of and excited about. After doing some research I stumbled upon DV8.  I've seen them a couple of times when I exited off of Douglas but never thought that I would get tattooed here. When I first walked in, I looked through some of the portfolios. Jesse was there to greet me and told me that there was an artist perfect for me if I wanted to get a mandala done. I didn't need a custom mandala drawn so instead of waiting for Alex, I showed Jesse the idea I had and he assured me that he could tattoo me if I wanted. I airdropped them to him and that was the start of my tattoo coming to life.  Jesse was super patient when I wanted to change up some of the elements of my mandala. He was super fun to talk to while I was getting tattooed and was nice enough to answer all of my questions. The shop itself is really clean. Artists have their own private rooms to work in. They also have a huge selection of body jewelry. I would definitely recommend  checking them out. When I went to the Good Neighbors of Roseville page on Facebook to ask for recommendations on a place to get my 6 year old's ears pierced, DV8 Tattoos and Body Piercing was overwhelmingly recommended. After going in to have the work done, I can understand why!I called the day before we wanted to go and spoke with the owner Rick who asked that I bring my daughter in for them to talk to her about the process and make sure she seemed ready to them. He made the statement that he likes to make sure the child doesn't feel like the piercing is something being "done" to them, which I appreciated. We headed straight over and Rick spent about 30 minutes talking with not only my husband and myself, but with my 6 year old as well. We looked at the different options for earrings, met the piercer at the shop, Marshall, and showed her the room where she would be pierced.  After just the consult I was really impressed with the level of professionalism exhibited by both Rick & Marshall which just confirmed my decision to have professional body piercers complete the work rather than heading to the mall piercers.So the next day we went in. Up to this point I've failed to mention that I was getting second holes in my ears (I previously had 2nd holes which were pierced too close to the edge...one ripped out and I let the other close up as a teenager after the other ripped out), and my nearly 70-year-old mother was also getting her 2nd ear piercings as well).  We got to the shop and Marshall helped us with selecting our earrings. He was very thorough in explaining all the different price points for the earrings options available to us. We all chose what I believe was the most expensive option, the opals, but we LOVED the flat backs for both comfort and lower risk of hair being caught in the jewelry. After prepping for the piercings and marking my daughter's earlobes, we were lucky that Rick was available so they were able to pierce both ears simultaneously. For a 6 year old this was perfect.  They did a great job, and Marshall continued to check on my daughter as he pierced my mother and myself to make sure my daughter was still okay.  Marshall took his time with us which I appreciated since 2 more customers were waiting for his services after us. He never made us feel rushed.When I first considered going to a tattoo shop for my daughter's piercing I was little uncomfortable with the idea, but after our consult (which was both my husband's and my first time stepping foot in a tattoo/body piercing shop) I was 100% confident that going with a reputable trained body piercer was absolutely the best choice. Rick explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions completely. It may be more expensive than mall piercings shops, but it is totally worth the extra expense. The only negative to this shop is parking stinks. There aren't too many parking spots and most seem to be taken up by employees. We parked around the corner and made-do. Be careful, the sign shop next door that appears to have parking is marked as a tow-away zone for people not customers of the sign shop.When/if my daughter wants her 2nd holes pierced in a few years, we'll be back to DV8, no question!(I'm not seeing a way to add pictures to my review sadly...I do have them attached to my FB review of the business). My daughter got her belly button pierced at DV8 and our experience was outstanding. They were clear and very knowledgeable about the piercing in a very relaxed atmosphere.  They used the most modern methods / tools and even took the time to explain the history of the evolution of post-piercing care. I have both a complaint and a complement. First off, I went there to get both my nipple jewelry changed and my nose changed. Darryl helped me. He was nice, but didn't listen to what I wanted or needed. He wouldn't go smaller for my flat back nose ring so it was sticking out a lot even after I asked if it could be smaller. Then with my nipples I was going from curved to straight bars. They were originally 14 gauge. He down sized me to 16 and it was too short. I even stated tha...t they were really short, he said that they will fit after they finish healing. He also didnt use any tools and hardly any lubricant when changing the jewelry and caused both my nipples to bleed. I was not happy with any of this experience. I have now been in pain for about 2 weeks because of this. They have even been getting in bedded. It was over all a bad experience. Today I went back and talked to Marshall (he was the one who took care of my husbands peircings and did great) and explained the situation to him and he did a consult and looked at everything and changed my nose 2 sizes smaller and he also changed both by nipples and stated that they were definitely to short, and had to strech my nipples to the 14 gauge again.
