Staff: 5/5I wanted to get work done by Audrey because she specializes in the contemporary style I was going for to get a full sleeve. I've been going there for about 3 months now because I had a preexisting script tattoo that she is blending in with my sleeve, so we've been going piece by piece. Audrey is very attentive, patient, easy to talk to, and most of all, talented. Every time she's sketched out a new piece for me it always comes out looking more impressive and beautiful than I could have ever imagined. No joke. Trust her, she's that good. But, you don't have to take my word for it. Go check out her IG.As for everyone else who works here, they're all super chill and friendly. Someone here has always asked me at least once every session if I wanted water or snacks even though I bring my own haha. Super nice people here :)Vibe/Ambiance: 5/5Riffing off what I said about the staff, the vibe you get from here is relaxed and warm (not temp-wise). The shop is spacious and open. Modern. Wood & steel. Art hanging on the walls. Huge bay windows in the front to allow natural sunlight. And a quiet hum of the A/C keeping the entire room nice and cool. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your next tattoo if you decide coming here.Cleanliness: 5/5Shop - No clutter, spacious, clean floors and bathroom.Tattoo - Standard antiseptic used before and after getting new ink. Shave skin. New razor. Start tatting. New needle. Dispose, repeat. Very clean and organized system.Professionality: 5/5Enough said. They're cool people. Lots of passion and creativity. If they're not giving someone some fresh ink, they're working on a project/piece for a new client. Very hard workers. Fair prices. Don't forget to tip.Pricing: 5/5I can only speak for Audrey because she's the only one I've gotten ink from, and let's just say it's very affordable. But, after all, if you're getting a tattoo, you should expect to be prepared to pay. It's an investment.Comfort: 5/5Entertainment - If they don't have some chill music playing in the background, there's always something entertaining on the TV.Temperature - AC is always on. Nice and cool. Never gets hot. If you get cold easy, bring a jacket.Seats - Comfortable leather chairs and sofas to lounge on if you're tagging along someone's who's getting new ink. Same goes for furniture for clients. And if you're still not comfy, ask your artist for some help!Bathroom - Very clean. Simple. Traditional Japanese tattoo art hanging on the walls. Not too bright, not too dark. Always have paper towels on deck. Soap. And a clean toilet seat. Read Less
