Went to Tim at Eye Spy in Rohnert Park. He was awesome! He covered a P.O.S. piece I got done over 13 yrs ago in a different shop. Other places said they would just put a big black heart over it, others said it couldn't be done, well Tim did it and it looks great and is exactly what I wanted. He also touched up 3 other tattoos I had, and did a new one that has a ton of sentimental value behind it. Really disappointed at how rude Tim was when I asked him if they used vegan ink. There wasn't anyone in the shop and he was just hanging out in a chair, he easily could of looked and let me know. Instead he just laughed at me as if my question was ridiculous. I guess he'd rather miss out on business than be helpful. Read Less

Asked the lazy guy inside a basic question that many other tattoo artists have answered, or at least helped me get a quick answer, but he just laughed at the question saying, 'derp, I don't know haha'. I didn't get a tat, but instead they helped me with a very specific problem...my earring post was bent and wouldn't come off! They found their tiniest pliers and cut it off my bleeding ear. Nice people and wouldn't accept payment for my pain! Read Less

Tim Cooper is quiet the artist, I'm his (tattoo ) Disney girl, I'm VERY sure I have over 100 tattoos, for the most part Tim has done the most ink on me. I've been to 3 other tattoo parlors and no one can do what Tim does as far as I am concerned. He's a gentleman, loves his children and has a soft touch. I was probably THE most annoying client ever. It was my first tattoo and I was super nervous. Not once did anyone at Eye Spy ever lose their patience. They answered all my questions promptly. When I actually went in Tim was so welcoming. It felt like you were being invited back to a friends house. It was quite apparent that I was nervous as ever, and Tim joked and talked to me in such a friendly way that I couldn't stay nervous too long. Apparently the tattoos should have ta...ken an hour and a half. They only took half an hour. I can barely put my eyeliner on in under half an hour! My tattoo was ONLY thin lines and Tim did it masterfully. After showing off my tattoo on facebook my inbox was flooded with praise and people wondering who I went to. The picture itself got over 1,000 likes. People were amazed. I got mine done a bit above my ankle and the amount of pain was enough to wrinkle my nose, but not enough to stop me from smiling. Tim was super awesome. Plus he put up with my nerves. I literally had been emailing him for about a YEAR. And he never ever got snappy or answered meanly. I'm so happy. Everyone I know who has a tattoo goes to him and now I really know why. He was so chill about everything you would think he was making tea -- Not marking your skin permanently. It was very comforting to have him be so relaxed. He also fabricated images out of no where. Had a tribal done and he was not very helpful. Kept talking about not liking to do tribals and turned out bad because he didn't put his heart in to it. Had to have another artist finish it because he was always putting it off. I'll never go back there again. Read Less

i got my nose pierced today at eye spy and i had a great experience. I was definitely scared when i walked in but the welcoming staff kept my mind off it. Rachael, pierced my nose and she did an excellent job. im soo happy with my piercing.
