OKAY... so Kim and the boys at the front were so so nice here! Such a chill environment and they literally make you feel like you're with family. Plus they play music in the background and the minute I heard 2pac that was already grounds to receive five stars. They're service and humor was absolutely amazing. They truly deserved it. Kim, the piercer who did my Daith was the sweetest and most honest person I've met. She was super interactive and gave so much info on me and my friends piercing. Sam has been doing a piece that is getting done in 3 sessions, each time I go in, Sam and Louie always make sure I'm comfortable and take great care of me. The girl that does piercings is also very welcoming and but the clients who go in to get pierced while I'm there ( which is been long hours ) they're very happy with all her work . First of all i really dislike going to tattoo parlors because its so testosterone driven. But i walked into Rock Me tattoos and was greeted by AYA.  I was taken aback because Aya looks so young but after talking to her i thought id give her a try , im thankful that i did. She made me feel comfortable and listened to what i wanted.  She was fast and had a gentle touch. My tattoo is on my neck and it was definitely the least painful tattoo i have had. I went in yesterday to get my septum pierced and my spine tattooed. I did have to wait a while, but that doesn't change my experience because I came in with the expectation of it being busy due to their extension of the Friday the 13th deals. The piercer (I think her name was Kim, not too sure) was incredibly sweet and let me choose between two different horseshoe rings for my septum. She made sure to reassure me that she was going to pierce the sweet spot and told me that is the proper way to do it, and she also reassured me that it wouldn't hurt badly at all-- which it didn't! The wait for the piercing was less than 10 minutes. Like I said, I waited quite a bit for my tattoo but it was definitely worth the wait! The guy who was initially supposed to do my tattoo was busy all night (which i 100% understand) and he offered to have Aya do my tattoo for the same price that he quoted me. Aya was super sweet and she made sure that my stencil was place correctly and everything was spelled right. She was extremely patient with me moving a little during my tattoo because I was ticklish, and kept asking me where I thought I was in the tattoo which made me feel well informed about it. The woman who I am assuming was the owner was super friendly and welcoming also. Overall, I would recommend this place! She managed everything, letting the artist know that I had arrived and also handled all of her appointment's and walk in clients with professionalism. After multiple attempts of contact without wanting to bother an artist here, I have given up on trying to get my touch up done by them. I have texted, and reached out through social media and nothing. I see the messages are read but if they did not want to finish their work..just tell me upfront at least and not beat around the bush. Also don't say "free touch-ups for life mark my words" or anything like that. I was not expecting it to be free anyway; obviously I will pay!!!! So i typically never write yelp reviews but I need to give credit where credit is due to the body piercer KIM. Becuz my experience was just AMAZING! I originally came in with my friend to switch out her jewelry for her piercing. As i sat there watching........My friend tells me we should get new piercings of course I said, "No"! But Then a customer who got her Daith pierced by Kim overheard our conversation and said she was great and quick. By this time there is literally about 5+ people waiting in line for Kim. So long story short I ended up getting both sides of my Tragus pierced (YES BOTH). But Kim literally sat there and explained the entire process to its entirety. And made sure i was ready for the next step. AND I'm sooo pleased with my new PIERCING! It was so quick. What really Convinced me (as i was watching others get piercings before me) Kim looks at the anatomy of the area and decides what size and what  jewelry will suit best, to have a smooth healing process. Came in twice got my tattoos done by Angel. He is awesome he did an amazing cover up job and went above and beyond. Most artists would not sit there for 20mins looking through tattoo books trying to find an idea for a cover up. I have a memorial tat on my upper arm and instead of covering it with a flower or whatever Angel wanted to keep us as a memorial and he did and it was a fantastic job. They are so nice and friendly. Just left this place... no help at all. Sign says TATTOO and BODY PIERCING. You would think they have "piercings" available right? Nope! What they do have is a lot of attitude though, cut me off mid sentence and told me to talk to the lady in the mall kiosk. If I wanted something cheap sure, instead I was looking for surgical stainless piercings that "professional" shops carry. I hate leaving crappy reviews but i went here two months ago after meeting one of the owners scotty. He spoke really highly of the shop and those who work there. I wont bash anyone personally but i dropped 100 bucks down to get a 500 dollar piece done and its been two months and i haven't been contacted or even sent any sketches of what i asked for. I've gone down to the shop twice now and no one seems to want to do anything about it. Im normally a patient person but this is getting out of hand. This is my 3rd time at Rock Me, 2nd tattoo. I had the pleasure of having Steve tattoo me. He was great! I went in earlier in the day with what I wanted. He was honest and upfront.  Instead of giving me what I wanted, he gave recommendations why and what I should consider due to long term effects.  He was tatting someone else and gave me a time to come back. When I returned, he had a simplified design sketched up that I loved! When we finally got down to the tatting,  he had such a light hand! Absolutely disappointed. The smallest tattoo I have ever gotten was just done here about 3 weeks ago & has already needed a touch up and still won't take. I have 3 much bigger tattoos that have never needed a touch up or lost an ounce of color. The ink must not be that great. Definitely money down the drain at this place. I really thought highly of them and after much research this is where I chose but it was a huge mistake. I would personally not recommend this shop. I went in last Tuesday to get my navel pierced. First of all my piercing is crooked, second of all the barbell he put in was too small so there was no room for my belly button to swell, i had to go to a different shop to get it fixed, it put a carter in my belly button and lastly he never gave me any after care instructions. This is my second time visiting here and everyone is very talented but I am especially drawn to Nettie's style. I come in with an idea and she knows exactly what I want and she handles it very quickly and is worth her weight in platinum. This review is only about a lady called Kim who pierced my wife's tongue wrongly.She was very nice and her voice was quite calm and reasonable. However, she did not pierce my wife's tongue straight as my wife asked, but to the side. Her argumentation was that otherwise she may pierce the vein and my wife will bleed severely. She said that she knows this stuff, because she is a student in med or nurse something.We removed this bad job immediately before my wife's mouth were screwed up. No refunds here. She said that she can redo it in a month or so(!!!) for free.No thank you.Next day we had to visit LA and ancientadornments.net did a perfect job from the first try.again, I don't know how are these guys with tatoos, but tongue piercing SUCK!!! I went to get my industrial done with a friend, and Kim Axeia was really nice and professional. She told us what she was doing every step and it only took about 10 minutes. We were a little creeped out by the location, but it was clean inside. I love my piercing, and I'd recommend getting one done here. This review is based on a female piercer and it's too bad because she was cute. I came in here looking to get snake bites, I came in was greeted and sat down for them. I then had the piercings...which as soon as my right one was pierced my lip suddenly swelled up looking like she inserted a large marble in my lip. I didn't mind it too much knowing that i knew it could happen. 2.5 weeks later the swelling and bruising went down but MOST IMPORTANTLY noticed my piercings were crooked. No one wants crooked piercings. I recommend getting them from someone or somewhere else. So all in all I paid $60 for a swollen bruised lip with one piercing. Read Less

July last year I got a couple personal piercings here, I forget the name of the guy who did them.  But luckily I felt very comfortable with him handling these piercings.  He walked me through the whole process, and made sure the piercings were placed right.  Then last week, I went in to have them looked at to make sure they were healing correctly, and Steve took me in no problem and reassured me thay they were healing just right and everything that was going on was perfectly normal.  I reccomend this place highly, dont let the outside of this building fool you. I went here because the first place I wanted to go to, the piercer wasn't in and I was set on getting my industrial. Yes, from the outside it does look like a skeevy place, but it's really not. The woman who pierced me, Kim Axeia, is very very nice. She calmed me down a lot considering this was my first piercing besides my lobes. Everything she used was sterile and unused. She also did not push me to get out after I fainted on her (she had to catch me :P) and we had a pleasant conversation. Overall, I recommend this place. I came here because my uncle recommended it and I'm glad I went. When I went in for my first tattoo I was originally going in to see a certain artist but he was busy when I went in but he told me Angel was available.  I liked his work and professionalism so I went back for my second tattoo and again was helped by Angel in all I'm glad the guy I originally went to see was busy my first time in because Angels work is stunning and his personality makes everything much more relaxing. Good place to go! I went a week ago to get simple matching cross tattoos with two of my really close girlfriends. Angel did our tattoos, the only downside was the wait was too long. They told us we would be helped in 30 minutes but instead we ended waiting around for an additional 2 hours. It was a waste waiting that long on the bench but once we were helped, Angel did our work clean and efficiently. I would recommend to anyone. Their minimum is 60 or 80 I believe.
