Cathy did an amazing job with my eyebrows! My mom and a few of our friends go to her as well. She runs her business very well and is thorough with clients. I am a hairstylist and I understand (like most of you should) the people who commented on her yelp page that wrote a review, weren't going to be happy regardless of the results. I went in with very little brows. I have been drawing my eyebrows on for 15 almost 16 years. I was so tired of wasting 20+ mins doing my eyebrows. Cathy reapplied the numbing ointment several times during the procedure, as well. Also, be aware that immediate results are quite a bit darker than the healed results (like any other “tattoo” the extra ink on top will slough off naturally over the next week and leave the makeup quite a bit softer). Aftercare is important! Touch up will be in 3 weeks where we will be able to determine the final color, and add more if we decide to. This review is long overdue. Cathy was recommended to me by a coworker. I had been debating getting my eyebrows done for some time, but like most people was nervous about the outcome and the fact that it is on my face. When I saw Cathy's work I realized I finally found someone I trusted for the first time since looking. My first appointment Cathy made me feel very calm and comfortable. She made sure we found the right shape for my face as well as the perfect color. I followed her healing instructions for the two weeks after the initial procedure. After the two weeks I went in for my followup visit for her to perfect my eyebrows. I can honesty say I was so nervous before hand, but was nothing less than thrilled with the results! Cathy did a horrible job on my brows.  The result was excessively uneven in size, shape, darkness, & thickness.  I cried for days over her screw up.  As a business owner, she took no responsibility for her error.  I will now have to pay to get them lasered off.  Please see my posted photos including my purchase receipt, before & after and decide for yourself.   Cathy cancelled my follow up appointment that I paid for in advance.Going to Cathy was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.  She ruined my face.  This review reflects the work of Cathy Waechter only and not Salon Sinér (all my services performed by Cathy, I had no other service there.) I would not recommend Cathy for any permanent make-up service.Update 9/26/16.  After I posted truthful reviews on Yelp & Google, Cathy threatened to sue me for slander.  (By the way, I never used Maderma, just Cetaphil, like Cathy instructed.) Yesterday, she refunded my full purchase price (almost 3 weeks after cancelling my follow up).  Thanks for the refund Cathy.  My healed pictures (3,4,&5) are 14 days after my experience with Cathy. I am three days into my new hairstroke brows and I love them!  I naturally have very light eyebrows that do not extend as far in toward my nose as I would like.  Cathy made sure I liked the color, darkness, thickness etc and the whole procedure was very easy.  There was no pain and was pretty quick.  I have my touchup in a month or two because I am out of town but am very happy so far with how they are healing/looking.  My mother also has very very light brows and now wants to have them done.  The price was right in my budget and very fair. I've been to another salon for permanent make up and it hurt VERY badly. With Cathy the results are FABULOUS AND THERE'S NO PAIN! I've been to Cathy twice and she did a GREAT job both times.
