I have been going to Lupe for about ten years. She does my eyebrows, lips and eyeliner. It has saved me so much time getting ready to go somewhere. Most of the time I don’t wear makeup because it looks like it’s already on. The first time I had it done, my lips were really swollen. It went down the next day. (Kind of wish they would have stayed that way lol). It also was a little painful the first time, but not much. Now it is a piece of cake. The only thing that really bothers me is that when she does the eyeliner I want SO BADLY to rub my eyes. It doesn’t hurt but it sort of tickles. I go back once a year. Now I drive from Modesto to Reedley. I do it because I trust Lupe and she does a great job. Once I called a local place & they charge so much more than she does. And you never know how it will go. I love the service and reasonable prices but most of I love all the complements Lupe is the best in the business. She can cover up any mistakes from others & even change anything you want like if ...
I love the service and reasonable prices but most of I love all the complements Lupe is the best in the business. She can cover up any mistakes from others & even change anything you want like if you want to make your eyebrow bigger or smaller she can do it.. You wont find anyone better unless you go with her daughter who I am sure she is as good as her mother. If you are like me & want things done right your at the right place.

had my eyebrows tattooed after the hair got thin on one side due to paralysis from Bells palsy and they looked natural she feathered them and I got so many compliments she puts the pattern on free han...
had my eyebrows tattooed after the hair got thin on one side due to paralysis from Bells palsy and they looked natural she feathered them and I got so many compliments she puts the pattern on free hand and is amazing they look better than my real ones and after healing only family and close friends knew they were done coworkers and strangers just thought I had a facelift!

I have been going to Lupe for about ten years. She does my eyebrows, lips and eyeliner. It has saved me so much time getting ready to go somewhere. Most of the time I don’t wear makeup because it looks like it’s already on. The first time I had it done, my lips were really swollen. It went down the next day. (Kind of wish they would have stayed that way lol). It also was a little painful the first time, but not much. Now it is a piece of cake.
