I'll never do business here again. I went in and bought a small blue scorch torch for $19.99, and when I got it home it didn't work. I filled it up with butane and adjusted the settings, but it still would not produce a flame, so I brought it back in the next day and asked the manager if I was doing something wrong that the torch didn't work. He fiddled around with it and put more butane in it and was able to produce a very small flame at its highest setting. Not enough of a flame to do anything with it. I told him that the flame wasn't high enough and asked him if it can go any higher and he said no. He knew that i was dissatisfied, and didnt seem to care. His morale isnt there because this torch clearly wasnt functioning the way it should. He would not even let me exchange it for another one. DON'T BUY TORCHES HERE!!  They don't work, and when you try to take them back they will play with them and adjust them, and if even a tiny flame is produced, they will deem it as a functioning tool which is not the case at all. came here last week to get my trageus pierced due the reviews saying they do piercings here since the other spot we checked out had no availability for us to get our piercings. We came in here was immediately greeted and we took a look at the jewelry. For a piercing it will cost you anywhere from 50-60 depending on what u get pierced and it come with an jewelry as well! The guy was very friendly and made sure I liked the markings of the piercing before he went and actually did the piercing. Got my half back done here in 2008. Was visiting from Canada. Was just looking inside the shop. Talked to an artist there and told her what I was looking for. She drew it up that night and the next day I was under the needle. Took at total of about 9 hours, 6 1/2 the first sitting and just under 3 for the second. And for the cost of it, I couldn't get anything like it back home. The artist and I both had a passion for music and chatted about that for most of our time, among other things. My partner and I come in here regularly now for 2 reasons.1. I enjoy their piercing jewelry selection. It is much higher quality than the cheap crap I find on Amazon. They frequently update their inventory (especially belly button rings, charms and dangles) and their pricing is consistent based on trays. Last week I found a Hello Kitty one here and about pissed my pants in excitement. That alone bumps their stars up past 5 because Hello Kitty and I are baes! Word.2. Vape supplies. This part is all on my partner. He's bought 2 vape pens here and a variety of juices. He goes through juice fast so we've made several trips here the last few months. The pricing is reasonably moderate and the pay off (this has helped him STOP smoking) is worth every penny spent. He's like a kid in a candy store with their massive juice selection and the workers are always willing to help hook him up to best suit his needs.Side note which I feel is important to address: I feel comfortable in this shop. As someone who is openly queer and transgender, it's important I feel this way. My partner and I are always treated with respect and that keeps us happy, loyal customers. Went here to get FOUR LINES! Literally four lines drawn in a parallelogram shape. They traced it on me and three other friends and they all came out completely different, yet equally terrible. The guys were also hitting on us the whole time. Super unprofessional and made fun of us of us because this was our first tattoo. Vibes is the perfect name for this s%*T show because it looks like a vibrating dildo did our tattoo after railing six lines of Coke in a Denny's bathroom. In short would not recommend. Read Less

I have had both my belly button and nose pierced here (within a span of 2 years).  I don't recall who pierced me but it was done very quickly. I walked in both times, and I was instantly given service. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. My nose was placed perfectly and has given me so much confidence. My naval was perfect and straight! The piercer did an amazing job and had everything sanitized, opened everything and was very prepared (including having extra balls in case if he dropped one). Now I'm not sure if it is now under new management or not, but I recently went in to get some more nose studs. The man behind the counter was very nice. I got my lip pierced here and they pierced it completely crooked. When I called to inform them about their mistake the manager offered me a full refund. Now that I'm in here talking to that same manager he's fighting with me claiming that he didn't say those exact words. He's saying it's not crooked when it is, this that and the other. I'm extremely upset with how they go about things here. 4 or 5 of my friends have been pierced here and ended up having issues with the piercings in the long run. Not only did he claim he would give me a full refund but now he's refusing to give me my money, saying that I'm lying to him about the piercing being crooked when I'm not. This is hands down ridiculous, he is legit fighting with me like a child. All because he's too strung up on his ego to keep his word. I've had two OTHER piercers tell me that the piercing is crooked. Now the manager has the audacity to ask me what I do for a living, telling me my 'opinion' is wrong. When it's not an opinion. I've had two piercers tell me it's crooked, this manager said he'd give me my refund. This time when I walked in the place was clean and there was someone waiting to help me. He was very informative and patient as I asked to see the jewlery. They had a good selection and I found what I came for. When it came time for the piercing he was confident, calming, and quick. Everything was sanitary and labeled. Insert the usual 'I would rate this zero stars if I could' line. And this is coming from someone who's never written a bad review before.I went in here a little over a week ago and got my bridge and septum pierced by Andrew. As a person, Andrew was very nice and friendly, which is great and much appreciated to the point where I was hesitant to leave a poor review, but it needs to be done.My bridge piercing was so shallow that by the second day the bar was starting to show through the skin, which means you better remove it unless you want some gnarly scars as rejects right through your skin.When I got my septum done, there was a bit of bleeding on one side but I didn't think too much about it. Andrew looked it over and cleaned it up, and by the time I was able to look at it, the swelling and scabbing made it a little hard to see the placement.Now I can see the placement. It's both too low, and the exit doesn't even go through my nostril. It goes right through my columella (I'll be adding a photo so you can see). I have seen poor septum placement before, but I have never seen it so bad that it misses the nostril itself.I have an extremely difficult time believing a piercer wouldn't notice this mistake. Needless to say, I'm taking my septum out as well. I know some people will say most piercers will repierce a bad job for free, but with both piercings being bad, I can't imagine any others would be good. Read Less
