I went in To get my 2nd set of ears repierced. A lady took me in and although one piercing turned out okay, the other one was crooked and wasn't pierced straight. It was pierced up which caused my ears to swell up.  How can you honestly screw up a simple ear piercing? Read Less

Came here to get my navel re-pierced. Walk-ins welcomed, no appointment necessary for it. Process was really quick. Becca gave me a form to sign and made a copy of my ID. I picked out the ring I wanted then I was off to the get my navel pierced. I told her that it closed out within 10 days of my ring falling off. Before re-piercing, she poked on both ends of the original hole to make sure it was truly closed. Turns out, it wasn't completely closed off, though there was a long of tissue build up on the lower end of the piercing. Glad she checked because all she had to do was take the smallest needle she had and poke it through my existing piercing! Sure, it still hurt but it only cost me $15 for the ring and service vs the $40 (I think it was) for the re-pierce. Would definitely come here for future piercings. Becca was great! Read Less

As good as a shop can get. Todd Hooper banged out a perfectly done upper arm piece in an hour.15. The shop is clean and staff is mostly nice haha. I came in with a line drawing and came out with a great piece. I will probably finish my sleeve here after having 10 tats done at miscellaneous shops. There was another guy there who seemed cool and did other good work- he's not covered in tattoos and is a bit shorter than the others. I'd request Todd first but would def let that dude fill in. Update: should've gone to Envy where I get all my piercings but it was my fault for being impatient and not wanting to wait. If there's a demand for a specific business but their competitor is slow af, there's a good reason why 2nd update: see screen shot of text attached to this review  The piercer did a crooked nipple piercing job on my cousin. And on mine she used a bar way too short that now the jewelry is digging into my skin. I went back and she tried charging me $15 to switch to a longer bar. She said that the ball digging into my skin is normal, which it's not. I have my right one pierced and never had this issue. Avoid at all cost. Read Less

It's been years since my last tattoo. And just like finding a good hairdresser or doctors it's always hard to find a good tattoo artist you trust with your skin as it's a permanent process. I had been looking for places to get some new ink and I found Pacific Sangha as it's literally down the block from my house. I had a Friday off from work and went in and spoke to John about getting a wrist tattoo from Harry Potter(side note-hugggge harry potter fan). John gave me an estimate and had drawn it up for me. I said okay lets do this and got in the chair. Never have I had a wrist tattoo so a little sensitive at some points. But, John was great company to take my mind off of it we talked about harry potter, comics and that good music queen,prince,iron maiden. Also like everyone in the environment there were two other men tattooing named Dean and Toddd who had me laughing so much and also Becca who was very nice and helping out customers as well. Amazing quality of work and fantastic customer service! Becca is a star: knowledgable, friendly, and very accommodating. She answered the gazillion questions I had regarding their jewelry, pricing, etc. She gave me a great deal on two piercings + jewelry (I got my smiley and tongue pierced). She gave me plastic gloves to wear for when I help my lip up for her to pierce my smiley, THOROUGHLY CLEAN!! She was willing to dig through their entire supply of (individually packaged) jewelry to find me the exact pieces I wanted. She kept giving me as much paper towels and ice water as I wanted post-piercing. Only downside here is they don't have the biggest jewelry selection, or else I would have really went to town!!! I have gotten a nose piercing there before and I was alright but when I wanted a cartilage piercing I had called and said " As I right now I don't have an ID (minor) is there any..."NOPE!" I needed a touch up/small cover up on an old tattoo so I went in and talked to Dene. It was pretty easy to describe what I wanted so we were able to set up an appointment and I came back a week later. My cover up looks much better and even though it was quick, I didn't feel rushed ! I tried to make an appointment by using Yelp and calling the shop. I learned that it's best to stop by the shop in person. I went in 1 hour before closing and spoke with the tattoo artist Skinny about my tat. He gave me some great suggestions to add to my idea. Wow, no doubt that this place will give u the best rate n professionalism by any other tat-shop I'd been to in the past year or so. I mean every there have their own tattoo station and it very clean/sanitized all the time anyone one of them work on me. They will give u the best n truth of the price if they can able to work on it or not. I'd done most of my small n large tattoos there from Todd, Manuel n John. Trust me theses guys are by far the best n gentle tattoo artist nearest to the beach n everything else that might bite at night. Some of them do work on different schedules n by appointment only. I came on a Friday morning and have my industrials done on both ears. The shop is extremely clean and well kept. Very very nice and cool staff. You will usually need an appointment for tattoos I think. Will come back for more piercings and tattoos maybe.Others say you can only pay cash for ear piercings but I was able to pay with card, but bring cash just in case. I forgot how much I paid for both ears to get industrials done. For parking,  I parked in front of the store I was lucky to get a parking coz it waa still early in the morning.I am not sure if there are parking lots near but there are plenty of parking spots on the street. I came here for my 4th tattoo and my cousin came here for her first tattoo. All of the staff were very friendly and make you feel like an old friend. I have been wanting to get a tattoo for the longest. I have done so many research from friends and family referrals to reading reviews on Yelp, Facebook, Instagram & Google. I have contacted many places even the ones that had so many great reviews and ratings. 1 responded to me hours later and provided me with her email address and she was very quick to respond along with pricing, but when i replied to ask for her availability & heard nothing back.I have contacted many other places and they all would give me a in between prices then when I go in to check them out they raised the price even more plus adding additional fees to add the date that I would like to go with the drawing.Anyhow, I messaged Pacific Sangha Tattoo & Todd was very quick to respond to me & when i mean quick i mean hours before the shop opens. He was the only person that didn't give me a quote over the phone or online for many reasons. I felt right about something to even make an appointment to meet with him in person. I walked in and everyone was very welcoming including his dog!!! I showed him the photo i wanted to do and he was very upfront & honest to let me know what was wrong with the picture that he felt I should know. He recommended to do a different writing w/ my date, he had the vision already, more original and knew that i would be happy with. When he came out with the drawing i fell in love with it right away. I was nervous, but ready... Todd was very kind, professional, detail-oriented, gentle and made sure I was doing okay throughout the process. Everyone would scare me and tell me that it will hurt, but honestly it WASN'T AT ALL!!! He gave me a take home kit with instructions. Him and everyone that works at the shop were very informative with everything i needed to know and answered all my questions! I watched Becca set up Todd's station while he was finishing up my drawing. Both Her & Dean were explaining to me about safety & cleanliness w/o cross contamination & how they do things & how very sterile that they kept everything. More than pleased with my experience here. Got my belly pierced by Rebecca for $45 bucks and plus I tipped. Dog friendly atmosphere as I went by myself but was accompanied by my two pooches who then started tripping on one of the tattoo artist dog. So, I removed my pooches since they couldn't act civilly... anywho... I waited a couple days to see if anything would happen but hey piercings go off your body and of course sanitization (which everything was new). Great piercing and is healing well. I will definitely be coming back here for some tats. It'll be my first but the place made me comfortable to come back for my first and Skinny Boy gave me a card to start. Good vibes only! I went to get my belly button pierced on the advise of my boyfriend who goes there for tattoo work from Dean. BIG MISTAKE a tattoo and a piercing are totally different. My piercing looked a little crooked my piercer Kathren got a little pissy when I asked her about it. she said it was just the swelling from my piercing and in a couple of days it would straighten out. Well here I am two weeks later with a crooked looking piece of crap even my boyfriend said it looked weird. Cool ass vibe let me tell you that! The guy who did my tat, John (I got this name from the business card. I can't tell if we did all the handshaking and all that, but it didn't matter), was awesome! I showed him the rose I wanted. And when he sketched it out it was pretty cool, and I was cool with it. Now it was my first tat, so I thought I was gonna go home in a body bag because I'm a huge wimp, but it wasn't as painful as I imagined. My tattoo artist also helped me relax and calm down. Overall the vibe was so chill, I didn't feel nervous or out of place or anything like that. I would def. come here again for touch ups or for a new tattoo even. Got my second tattoo from John last night and he touched up one I had (he did not do that one the first time). He does amazing work. My friend also got tattooed by him. He had us both done in about 2 1/2 hours from when we walked in the door. He also does my step-dads work and is the only one my step-dad will allow to do our tattoos. To get a tattoo in redondo for me was exceptional . To get it done by an awesome tattooist and an equally awesome shop deserves more than 5 stars !! I wanted a commemorative tatto done and gave Dene a suggestion of having two tiny quarter size tattoos and he over exceeded my expectations , almost read my mind . I was greeted by this shop as if it was like cheers where everyone knows your name . Not like the typical tattoo shops that you don't feel good enough to go in . Helped to commerate the day . Got my belly piercing here today! It was a re-pierce because I had taken my old one out when I was pregnant and it closed up. Kathryn did an awesome job! I have been wanting to get my belly button pierced for a while so I recently started doing some research on piercing shops around Torrance. Compared to the other shops, this place was the nicest. I called beforehand asking about pricing and process and the person on the phone was really helpful and didn't talk to me like they hated their job (which other places did).  At first I was a little hesitant cus there were quite a few negative reviews. But I went with my instinct... And because it was the cheapest place ($45 for navel piercing)... and I was not let down. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello. I told them what I wanted and they had me fill out a form. I then proceeded to a back room where all the piercings are done. The piercer walked me through all of the steps and let me see the mark for where the piercing would go. In a few easy steps, it was all finished...of course with a little bit of pain from the clamps. You get to pick your own jewelry.  I am super satisfied with how my piercing came out. Definitely recommend coming here. Just fyi the piercings are cash only. Read Less
