Came here on a whim to get piercings. My daughter got her cartilage of her ear, my friend got her septum, and I got my daith. We were greeted by Trino who also did our piercings. The pricing was fantastic and everything was sterile. My daith was 35.00 and my daughters earring was 30.00. Trino walked everyone through what was going to happen and was incredibly quick. He even tried making my daughter feel comfy by talking about her Alkaline Trio sweatshirt because she was nervous. He gave us an aftercare sheet and sent us on our merry way. idk why this place has good reviews. trino - the piercer - was an asshole. he pierced my piercing sideways (both mine AND my friends actually-she had to get hers re-pierced at a different shop). he had an attitude about switching the piercing even though he tightened it so tight that it was impossible to get it off without tools so i HAD to go back. & i still had to pay to have the piercing switched even though it's the shop i got it pierced at. i've gotten an additional 5 piercings since-all of which were done at a different shop. Didn't get the name of the piercer. But I got a daith piercing done for my migraines. He wasn't much of a talker which made me nervous. (Not his fault) I suffer from PTSD/anxiety/depression and I can tell you a lot of my symptoms went down. Not 100% but close to 10%. I'm definitely coming back to do the other side since he recommended that I do one side at a time. As far as migraines, it's too early to tell but I do have a sense of relief in my head. Please research and call around if you are interested in migraine relief. I didn't expect it with my other symptoms. But this alternative so far for me has been a great choice. My friend recommended me to this place when I told her that I wanted to get helix piercings done with a needle. I had both my ears freshly pierced for about two weeks now and there have been zero problems. There was no irritation other than when I slept on the piercing directly by accident (whoops), but after washing it with the antibacterial soap and leaving it alone for a couple hours to heal, any redness or swelling went away.The place itself was easy to find, but the parking lot was very small and most spots are reserved for the stores around it. Walk-ins are common so I waited for only 20 minutes, but the employees were all extremely helpful and made the process quick and easy. I paid about $55 total for a helix piercing on both ears ($30 for one ear, or $50 for both) and antibacterial soap.The experience was short and painless -- needle is way better than a piercing gun in a lot of ways. For me, the soreness of the piercings went away after less than a week; in contrast to my previous piercings that were done with a gun. The instruments were sterile and packaged in their own sealed bags, which reassured me that they were clean. The man (didn't get his name) who helped me was telling me where the piercing would be best placed to have the piercings even on both sides, then he marked and made sure I was okay with these spots before piercing. He was professional and knew what he was doing, answered all my questions, and explained how to properly care for my new piercings until they healed. Read Less

This is only 4 stars because I know nothing about the tattooing side of the shop and they're cash only, which sucks. I've gotten 2 piercings here and both times were a good experience. Trino was absolutely fantastic with my daith. I was super nervous and he made me really comfortable and it didn't hurt at all. I also got my septum done by Brett and it was good. I feel horrible for not getting the name of the piercer, but this guy is amazing! He saved my nose piercing and I'm so grateful!So just a back story, got my nose pierced the day before at Body Graphic in Temecula CA, and the lady who did it there was nice and fast, but gave me a horrible makeshift hoop to put in my nose. It stuck out like a sore thumb and wasn't really attractive at all. So I found this place hoping they could help me out. As soon as I walked in, the guy there was like, "This isn't a good piece of jewelry, it looks like she just got a straight piece of metal and bent it to look like a hoop. You probably shouldn't go there again." He warned me because my piercing was so new that changing my nose ring out might not be able to work because the hole could close and I'd be screwed. But he was able to change my horrible hoop with a cute stud and I'm over the moon that it worked. He was super nice, and really helpful with giving advice about the aftercare (more so than the lady at Body Graphic). I came to have a triple cartilage piercing here on the recommendation of a friend - "You gotta go to Trino" - so I did! He was awesome, I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he worked with me to mark a few different options to see what would work best based on MY ear, since everyone's built a bit differently. I appreciated the time he took and the chat throughout, I wasn't wildly nervous as it's not like cartilage piercing is the scariest thing in the world, but he was definitely professional as well as very skilled. I have a pretty high pain tolerance anyway but barely flinched even at the third of the piercings which is meant to be the worst.He's slightly more expensive than others I called - $70 for the triple and the friend who recommended him and went with me got a double and hers was $50 - but she says the ones he did for her previously are the only ones she's had which didn't get infected, and I've had absolutely minimal pain, throbbing, soreness, whatever since getting them done two days ago. So far so good! When it comes to my body I'd rather pay more for better quality and not end up with a nasty infection (of ANY sort) so I was more than happy with my experience.Importantly - the piercing looks great. I had kind of a tricky angle that I wanted it done in but all three lay flat and look perfect. I'm glad he took the time to sit down with me, answer my questions and give input on where he thought would be best as I have essentially zero artistic ability in me so NEEDED the help!He made sure I knew how to take care/clean everything once finished but didn't sit me through a lecture, gave me his card and sent me on my way.
