First of all, now I understand why this place is never packed. The older lady does not know how to thread eyebrows AT ALL. Not only did she leave my eyebrows uneven, but they are super thin. Never coming here again! I walked in and asked for a clean up and shaping on my eyebrows and I also told her I didn't want to thin out my brows. The whole time I sat there with anxiety because of how painful it was getting my brows threaded I've never had this problem but the lady was extremely rough. She said she was done I look in the mirror and my eyebrows are super uneven! Now I'm mad! I tell her this is not what I asked for and she tried to fix it and it only made it worse! And not only were they uneven they were thin! Took me 3 months to grow my eyebrows to a nice think shape. How hard is it to shape eyebrows when you're supposed to be a professional!? Always do a great job. Definitely need to specify if you want them thin or thick though for your eyebrows. They have done mine soooo thin where I looked like I drew them on with a sharpie. I asked specifically to not take away from the thickness or shape of my eyebrows and to just clean them up. When the lady was done my eyebrows were different lengths,she didn’t take the time to trim or pluck the smaller hairs, and my eyebrows are extremely more thin than they were before and now have no shape. I have come in a total of 4 times and every time the lady is on the phone and she stopped mid thread to answer. The lady took all of 2 minutes for the whole process. I am extremely disappointed. I wish I could give this place no stars honestly. I went in with very full brows and a lot to work with. I told her to make them as even as possible because that's what mattered most to me and she made my right eyebrow very nice and well shaped and literally took off half of my left eyebrow. The front half was literally gone! On my birthday. I don't like making reviews, especially bad ones, but it has now been 4 months and my eyebrow has still not fully grown back to what it always has. I didn't look at Yelp before I went here but I wish I had. I specifically asked her to stay away from my arches and just clean up the front. I specifically told her that I was trying to make my eyebrows thicker and she said OK and then makes them the thinnest eyebrows ever. Not only that they are uneven so now I have to grow them back out. I already took a month to grow them back out from the last time that they did it and I should've just stayed away. Poor customer service, rude workers who aren't attentive to their customer's requests. I asked for a clean up and not only did she take off the end of one eyebrow, but she also left a jagged, uneven mess on my brows. Other places clean the brows with witch hazel before, but she didn't and when asked to wipe off the excess hairs she left in my face with a cotton ball, she pointed to the napkin on my shoulder and said "Use that there." I've been back and forth here for years. Once in a while they do an ok job but most of the time I ask myself why I didn't just do my eyebrows myself. This last time was one of them. I'm always hoping to see Ruby or another lady who was there once but always the same older woman. I made the mistake of not saying "not too much" and walked out with thin eyebrows and one too short. Other places I go, I haven't had that problem so I forgot about it here. She left every brow on my face when handing me the dirty mirror so I had to grab my own tissue to wipe brows from lids. I went to go get my eyebrows threaded, sat down, and the lady was done in under two minutes. I was pleasantly surprised until I got home and looked more closely at her work. I've been coming here for the last year and even refereed my mom here for our eyebrows. I have never had any complaints.... until now. I came here on Friday late morning and saw Ruby. Told her I just needed my eyebrows done. I was the only person in the room. Ruby sat me down and seemed very rushed. While she was threading me rather harshly the thread broke. It hurt a little extra and I made a slight remark, she did nothing. She continued to thread me. After the threading was done she didn't even trim my brows or brush them down. She finished, handed me a tissue and a mirror and left to the register. Then she asked me for cash and I told her I had card. She asked me 2 other times to pay cash. I told her I didn't have cash. At this point I wasn't very happy with her service. To top off my horrible experience I woke up the next day and I had a cut on my left eyebrow! I'm assuming it's from when the thread broke. I've been here before and had a decent experience. Today was horrible. Walked in and no one was around, waited a few minutes until I heard a toilet flush and she walked out. She asked what I needed done and told her only eyebrows. Sat me down (didn't use hand sanitizer after coming out of a restroom) and started. She seemed very rushed (I was the only one in) and was rushing through. Handed me a mirror a minute later and I told her there was still some left in the middle, she kept saying it was just eyebrow that fell. Didn't clean off my brows or trim them. When I asked about it, she said it was extra. Asked about the $5 special and she said it wasn't today and charged me the $8. Shouldn't have even left a tip. So now I'm left with half assed, uneven brows that I will have to go home and clean up later. Thanks to her I now I have a gap in my eyebrow! Will NOT come back here again. I went for the $8 eyebrow threading and asked for a clean up. She didn't do a good job. She hurried through it and she didn't do the middle at all. I'm looking at the mirror and I can still see parts that she clearly didn't go through. I wear glasses and if I can see it without them, then you know she didn't do it properly. She also thinned my brows out which I never asked for. Make sure you point out the parts she missed. I don't think she is able to see the little ones. Unfortunately the price is really not worth the 3min service. Ask her to go slow and take her time. There was no one else there so I don't understand why she was in a rush to finish. Today was the first time in 48 years that I had my eyebrows threaded. I loved it! I walked into a clean and very professional environment. There was no waiting. Before I leaned back in the chair I initiated a conversation about what I wanted done and what I don't like. Ruby really listened to what I said. Then she began threading my eyebrows and trimmed them. She finished in what seemed like only 2 minutes. I said, "that was fast!" And she replied, "we try to go quickly so the pain will be minimal." I definitely appreciate that!!! She handed me a mirror to see my eyebrows and I was very pleased with the results. I have uneven eyebrows and she did a great job making them look more symmetrical. It was a great experience!As I was paying, she explained that they have a  loyalty rewards program where one can get free threading and coupons. I joined!Ruby's also has a large variety of Henna tattoos, Middle Eastern clothing such as dresses, scarves, shoes and jewelry. All prices are very reasonable. If I could give zero stars I would I came here just cause I was shopping and i figured I'd kill two birds with one stone.I walked into this place and it was just the lady who was working and what I thought appeared to be another employee who was examining her eyebrows. I sat in the chair and no kidding it felt as if she was ripping my skin off! I mean I know eyebrow threading hurts but never this bad?! It literally took her 1 to 2 minutes to do my brows and when I looked in the mirror I was like WTF did you do to my brows?! The only reason I came here multiple times is because how conveniently close it is to my house & not knowing where a better place is. Every single time I've got them done they mess them up. Unfortunately, she only works at the Redlands location one day a week and is at the Yucaipa store most of the time.I do not like the way the other lady does my brows.  She makes them really thin, so I wait to see Sarah. If I could leave zero stars I would. The hennas are sloppy, and don't look professional at all. They don't have set prices, they just throw out a number when you ask. I showed the woman a picture and asked how much it would be, she said $55. I found the same exact picture in her henna picture book (which is so unorganized and scattered) and the price said $25  so I'm not the first person she's tried to rip off I'm almost certain. My daughter, 15 had her eyebrows threaded for the first time. I specifically told the lady to only clean them up. She did a terrible job. She made them so short, they barely extend down around the eye. My daughter is crying now. We will never go there again! I do not recommend this place for your eyebrows. I've gone here for years and aside from bumps I got on my chin from doing my chin when I don't usually do it, they do a decent job.  I get rubbed the wrong way sometimes by the older woman who is not very friendly and once made me wait while she fought with someone on the phone for a long time, but I finally decided to do a "needs improvement" review because of their lack of respect for their customers regarding their hours.  I wondered if they might be closed mother's day but it said they were open online (on my phone mind you) and I got there right when they were supposed to open but only had a half hour before I had to leave for a mother's day event.  15 minutes later other people were waiting, and they said the staff run all the Bangles in the IE and you often have to call other places to find out where they are and tell them that no one's shown up.  I thought this was surprising, but sure enough the people that called Morena Valley said they were told they weren't coming to the Redlands location but that Moreno Valley was open.  As it happened my mother's day brunch was in Moreno Valley so I went there after the event, only to find out that one was closed too despite their hours posted as being open as well.  There was no sign at either place saying they were closed (or not showing up in Redlands) and I wasted a lot of time driving to 2 eyebrow places.  I live in LA and only go there as I often visit my family out there and it's hard to do anything in LA.  But at this point being able to park easily doesn't really merit being treated so badly as a customer.  It's totally normal a store run by women would be closed mother's day.  By all means, close and celebrate.  But take the minute of courtesy to put a sign on your door saying "closed mother's day" so people don't sit there waiting and then have to call other stores just to find out you aren't coming. Bad reviews for Customer Service - i called to inquire about an experience my son had and just wanted to hear the other side of the story. the owner was very defensive and unable to talk me through the situation - first she said she didn't have an unsatisfied customer or wasn't aware.. she just kept saying I didn't know there was a problem and he can come back - it was apparent she was aware there was a problem because she eventually shared the story and said I dont want any problems. It was not a good encounter. She kept saying she was trying to help him...I guess we won't be going there anymore..also I asked about her policy on serving minors..not a direct response very defensive..serving minors can be challenging especially if you don't know they are minors !!! To start off and be fair the location and atmosphere of the place is great.However, I was very displeased with the eyebrow threading I received.When I walk in the woman greets me and she' quickly sits me down and starts on my eyebrows.She didn't ask how I wanted my brows.If I wanted them thin, or if I was just looking to clean up the unwanted hair. 4 mins later when she shows me the result I wasn't pleased to know I'd be walking out with brows like Pamela Anderson.I mean, thin brows can be nice but that's not what I wanted because it doesn't compliment my face.Nor do I want my brows to look completely different from another. My right brow has an angular peak and the left looks like a 1920's flapper with rounded brows.The woman was nice, yet I wish she would've taken the moment to ask what I was looking for. My friends and I came in to get henna tattoos and for me to get my eyebrows threaded. Eyebrow threading hurt and I bled a little (my eye twitches when in pain, so it was partially my fault). I just posted this on the checking page (I did not realize that I couldn't add a review there)My wife has been coming here for years. After some coaxing during a recent trip she finally convinced me to have my eyebrows threaded. I have to admit that it wasn't my favorite feeling but having them done quickly and going from unibrow to not-bad in just a few minutes is well worth the price.  Sunita has always done a great job for me.  There's usually no wait and I'm on my way in about 5 minutes.  Even my 14 yo & 18 yo boys stop by when they get a little bushy.
