I got a helix piercing by London and he was fantastic. He was very professional and answered all my questions and was patient with my indecisiveness. He was funny which helped lighten the anxiety that can come with the anticipation of pain. It didn't hurt that bad! I really enjoyed my experience and would go back! I went in to get my first tattoo and was super nervous. I had Ruben Bailon as my artist and he was THE NICEST person ever. I told him it was my first tattoo and he was so cool about it and made me feel super comfortable. All the workers were super nice and the place wasn't as scary as I thought it was gonna be! I've got one tattoo from here before and that one came out really good !! So I thought a simple rainbow would be a walk in the park for them. The guy who did my tattoo was really nice and made great conversation however this is not OK I'm a simple gay I just wanted a lil rainbow- the lines are uneven and the colors are not equal to each other. Today a girlfriend and I went to Empire Tattoo Studios for new ear piercings. London Hernandez, a professional piercing artist with over 12+ years of experience greeted us. He went over the best gauge size & type of earrings we were looking for. He was absolutely wonderful, patiently explaining "everything" and putting you at ease. During the procedure you felt only a little pinch and after that no pain whatsoever. Also London made sure the earrings were placed "perfectly even" on both side of the ears.The prices are definitely affordable and worth paying for if you're looking for expertise and quality. Came in with my friend to get our snugs pierced by London. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest when consulting about our piercings. He will NOT pierce anyone or anywhere that he feels is unsafe or will result in a poor piercing outcome, which makes him highly trustworthy. He was very clean and fast (NO pain!!) and provided detailed information about appropriate aftercare. 2 months later and we haven't experienced any complications with our piercings and they're healing great. I came to this shop hoping to get a ugly old faded tattoo fixed. The old one was tattooed on me by my husband's friend and she made my kids initials with the ugliest little butterfly next to it. The ink was uneven and I refused to wear my shoulder out because I was embarrassed by it. Tattoo Artist Ruben, Instagram RBNTATOOER, hooked me up. The end product is amazing. The ink is solid as well as the lines ; it's quarter sleeve and you cannot see the old tattoo at all. This is my 8th tattoo, and I'll tell you by far, he is the absolute best. This place is beyond amazing. Really great service ! the shop is very clean, friendly and has a great ambience ! I went in there with a gf of mine to get some piercings, we couldn't decide on a shop, We stumbled across this one and read pretty good reviews from here etc. we showed up and We have NO regrets! Our piercer was London and he seriously such a sweetheart. I got a dermal, belly, and my nipples pierced. My gf had an Ashley lip pierce done. He was very patient, aware and professional. He made sure both of us were really comfortable, ready and he made it a point he was picky with the look of a piercing on the person getting it, making sure that it actually went with our features with placement and size of gauge etc. Very very helpful. I cried a little when my right nipple got pierced but he always made sure I was ok, and talking (so I don't pass out) which was great that as a professional he actually cares about patient health /state of mind. I had such an amazing experience I wanted to cry when all said was done because, i was so happy, beyond content and will definitely come back for future work ! 20/10 recommend to anyone looking for non creepy friendly vibes (which is hard to come by) post op instructions were given and he made it a clear to come in / text with any questions/concerns ! A friend of mine got her tattoo done by Rob Silva. Although he did a great job, he was not professional in any way shape of form. He kept talking to other customers while we were waiting for him to do the stencil. He wasn't flexible at all with what she wanted. He came of aggressive, and rude. Half the time he complained about how long he had been in the shop. He made her feel uncomfortable, and feel like she was an inconvenience. As soon as he finished, she payed him and right off the bat he became snarky and irritable. I had gone there before had mine done by Lou, and he was FANTASTIC. He acted like a professional and made the experience fun. Overall, i do not reccomend Rob if you want an opinion or even have your idea in mind, because he will persuade you to do what's easiest for him. Read Less

Came here after having a horrible experience at another tattoo shop and was so relieved to find that this place was so professional!Had a nose piercing gone wrong from another place and after speaking to London I decided to take out my nose piercing and let it heal so I can get it redone entirely to fix it. I let it heal for two month and I went back to see London yesterday to get it redone. He is so fantastic! He is professional and gentle! I didn't feel uncomfortable or nervous. My husband came home last week and said he wanted a tattoo lol he has none so I laughed and went with him to look for a tattoo shop. The first one we went to here in Redlands the guys were very snobby and rude, so we walked out. I remembered driving by this place and told my husband we should go check them out. When we walked in we were greeted by Louie. He was busy with a customer but told us to come back in about 2 hours and he would do my husbands tattoo. When we came back Louie listened to my husband and started drawing. They tweaked the placement of the tattoo and he recommended some colors. When they both got on the same page Louie started the tatt. My husband, Louie and I had a great conversation, the music was good the place was clean and he never complained about being tired. When he finished we were beyond satisfied. The tattoo was absolutely perfect. We loved it. After going to other places I noticed that a lot of tattoo artist act like they couldn't be bothered with you or what you want. I can't speak for all the artist at this place but with Louie you get a person that listens and knows what they are doing. I'll definitely be going back soon. Read Less

When I got there, he was very accommodating, and had the design ready for me. When it was done I was VERY happy with it! It looked better than I was expecting! Also it was reasonably priced.
