I got my nose pierced here with Chris super chill and cool dude . The first time I got a nose piercing it fell out and had to be redone and man I wish I would of came here both times. The first lady that pierced my nose took a long time and screwed up because which end up hurting me a-lot more then I needed too which took like 15 minutes. When I got it pierced with Chris he finished it in 5 minutes with no pain or effort , he was flawless at it, I was in shock at how much of a huge difference it was with him doing it. A friend of mine referred me here and I'm so glad I listened to her. Came in without an appointment with my mom to get her first tattoo. Jimmy was great, my mom was super pleased with his work. Went during their Friday the 13th promo to get some piercings with a friend. Waited about an hour and a half which was not bad considering the amount of people that were there. Alexx was very professional and nice. I just new I was in good hands because she took every precaution to make sure everything was sanitary - I think she like changed her gloves like 4 times and when I accidentally touched my ear after she cleaned it, she cleaned it once more. Due to the unbelievable amount of people in line to have work done I was unable to stay until my turn came because I had a meeting to attend to. I'm usually really awkward when I meet people but wasn't at all with her, her personality was great I felt like I already knew her. She is so talented! I love my tattoo! In my review, which has now been deleted because they no longer deserve the 4 stars, I mentioned our experience with two people who work there who were fussy and complimented my artist, Alex. WELL - apparently Alex didn't like what I had to say (note: NOTHING bad about her) and went to Twitter and got happy with her twitter fingers. Alex - funny thing about the internet is, things come back. I had multiple people reach out to me and send me the link to your post where you made me out to be a "crybaby". As one message said "Hey I think you should see this since you didn't write anything bad about her"This is HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. I've gone to Flying Daggers Tattoo Parlor twice -- and both were on a whim experiences.The first was for Friday the 13th, where I picked the cock. Because yeah. ;)The second time was my last day at my Panera Bread. A homegirl and I decided to get tattoos as a way of saying goodbye, and hello to a friendship outside of work. LOL. I go in and Eric, the guy who did my cock tattoo, instantly recognized me. But then again, he did see the tattoo.Anyway, I didn't really have a concept in mind, other than "I want to get a tattoo." So I just blurt out an idea out of my ass, "I want lucky cat."Y'all know lucky cat. It's the cat statue you see at Asian restaurants. Their hand's mechanical and it swings as if it's waving at you. Flying Daggers is by far my favorite place to get tattoos. They take their time with you and make sure you love exactly what your getting. No half assed work here! I see Eric and his line work is incredible, some of the best traditional I've see out there. The shop is always very clean and all the artists are very easy to talk to. Whenever someone asks me where I got my tattoos I always send them to Eric or one of the other guys at Flying Daggers. I went to this tattoo shop with high hopes that were shut down by something that was very irrational. I initially came to this tattoo shop with a design in mind. I took it then and I sat there for two and a half hours. No biggie.Everything's drawn up, ready to go. I get to the chair and the artist (Eric) has everything set to go. I lay my arm on the arm rest. He goes to adjust it, and I want to say that one of the knobs on the arm rest fell out. I then waited like 20 minutes he attempted to fix the arm rest. He couldn't and told me he had to take it to his guy to repair. He asked me if I could come back later and I said yeah. Then that turned, "actually can you come in Monday? I'm just fed up right now and I don't want to do this tattoo half assed or anything" um. Just use another arm rest. Do you HAVE TO use YOUR arm rest? And you really cancelled my tattoo for a damn arm rest. I didn't wait two hours to have you tell me to go home. Never coming here again. Read Less
