Just went in on Friday to get my septum pierced for the second time and I fucking love it! Not only that, but I loved my experience. People there are super nice and chill. The place is well kept up and sanitary which is definitely a plus! The person who pierced me is named Eder I believe and he was super fast, made me feel comfortable, and made sure I was happy with my septum ring and actually took his time to make sure it was perfect. Only con I would say is the price. 60 bucks but then again, I'm paying for quality service so I understand. So I called 3 times, for them to finally say - they'd see me. Then I get there and the owner says something completely different than I was told on the phone. Why'd you make me drive 40 min to deny me when you could have just told me on the phone? Or rely this message of the many times I called?  Great artists I'm sure but - bad customer service. This is by far the best tattoo experience ever!  A friend, Anita & myself decided last minute to get tattooed last Sunday.  We went to Latin Skulls because she followed them on Instagram.  We were greeted by Alex.  He was very friendly & instantly made us feel welcomed & comfortable. What an incredible experience I had at Latin Skulls for my first piercing! Jorge went over the top with making my friend and I piercing experience superb. He made us feel welcomed and informed about the pre/post piercing and procedures on keep the piercing clean. All the tools used were extremely sterile and the piercing room was clean. Took my Daugther for an ear piercing.  I have to say this shop is great!   Jorge helped with our piercings he is extremely professional and very knowledgeable and he really took his time with explaining everything he was going to due with great detail. I've gotten 3 tattoos and 4 piercings with Valentino, Alex, and Jorge and I absolutely love this shop. All the guys treat you like family and make sure you're 100% comfortable and satisfied. I went to Latin Skulls for a tragus piercing and everyone was super friendly and the place was very clean.The piercer made me feel very comfortable and kept reassuring if i was okay which made me feel better. My piercing cost 30 dollars and i was able to choose which earring i wanted. After a bad experience at another shop, my sister, my cousin and I came here. We arrived around 7 and asked if they had artists available for walk-ins. Right away they took us all in and asked what we wanted. They did a quick consultation and started working on our sketches. Marco did my sister's tattoo and Alex did my cousin'a and mine. Both artists were amazing!!! They made sure the stencil was perfect by consulting with other artists before beginning tattooing. Alex made conversation and made sure we were comfortable at all times. He explained everything he was doing. The shop is super clean and it has a nice ambience. Also, they called us a week later to make sure everything was fine and to see if we had any questions. I went in for a triple helix a couple weeks ago, and I'm extremely happy with how my piercings turned out! The holes were positioned exactly how I wanted and the piercer seemed to know exactly what he was doing :) instructions for after care were very simple, and they also provide a cleaning spray for cheap prices.  I'm defintely going back for the rest of my piercing ideas. Horrible experience here. I went in to have my nose piercings switched to more discreet jewelry and I ended up having my jewelry removed and never put back in. His attitude sucked, I guess he was about to go home and it was evident he was trying to get rid of me asap. Also the jewelry I have is by neometal and he said it was the wrong jewelry for my nose which is not true. Outdated info and an unfriendly demeanor will not have me coming back. Went in to get my lip piercing re pierced on Saturday, Jorge greeted me as soon as I walked in and was very helpful and answered all my questions. Got my lip re pierced by another artist (i think his name was Richard). He was nice and walked me through it and the after care of the healing process. The first time I got my lip pierced I went elsewhere and it was painful and my lip got really swollen but this time it went pretty well and painless. Jorge told me to come back to switch out my bar for a smaller one once it healed more. I went in three days later and sure enough he changed my piercing free of charge like he promised. Went in for piercing services, not too impressed.  Maybe the great reviews are from regulars, but I walked in after checking their Instagram account but the service was barely average The guy doing the piercing wasn't very friendly, usually artists at least ask you what you're looking for and try to make small talk, this guy instead started speaking Spanish to another coworker and I guess he thought I didn't understand but I didn't bother addressing it. I just got an earring replaced and didn't get the other piercing I had planned- I just wanted to get out of there!Anyways, in the end my husband and I would've liked some interaction cause we're always looking for local artists for future tattoos but I guess this shop doesn't need new customers. I went to go get my first tattoo at Latin Skulls after getting it recommend via a friend. I am such a nervous wreck and I was worried but decided I wanted to do it as a birthday gift for myself. I called and Alex answered. I told him what I wanted and he told me to go to the store soon so we could talk and go from there. Honestly he was so patient with everything. He made me feel so welcomed, and calm. I ended up getting tatted by him- 2 identical roses on my shoulders and I am so happy with them. Alex is funny and sweet, and he loves wet burritos! I went in for help with a piercing that wasn't healing correctly. There were people waiting for be tatted so it would be about 30 minutes before someone could help me, which was okay. I passed the time in the shop and was very happy with the interior. The shop is clean and the music is nice and loud! When it was my turn to see the piercer we went into the room designated for piercings and I was surprised with how well decorated it was. I'm someone who hates needles and being in this kind of environment because I get anxious and scared! But the room made me feel comfortable and calm. After I had it changed I notice the piercing was sticking out( I didn't know I had to hide) and I went back and without a problem or attitude I was helped. Got a tattoo back in December and my artist was Richard and I can't stress enough how this was a great experience not only with him but the shop in general. The shop is very clean and organized. I love how there main priority is cleanliness because it makes you feel really comfortable and certain that you are at the right place and getting quality work done. Richard is a really friendly dude and has a great steady hand. I've been coming here for such a long time now for piercings and my 1st tattoo. I first came for a nose piercing and later a small tattoo I got and both experiences were very pleasant! Very professionally and each artist values everyone else's opinion on tattoo placement and the final outcome which I think is pretty awesome to get more than one opinion! I recently have been coming back a lot more for various things. One was because my boyfriend got a super dope piece on his arm by Joaquin and then more recently because my best friend got a tattoo on her ribcage by Eder and mind you she was getting another tattoo covered up and he did one hell of a job! And then just yesterday my best friend and I went to get our free birthday piercing! Everyone who works there is super dope and the 2 artists that I mentioned are super talented and offered a lot of their own ideas to each piece! I am sure all the other artists are just as talented but I can only speak for the 2 that I've seen do a piece to my boyfriend and friend.
