This is a follow up a year later. Cheryl is sweet, but her work simply doesn't last. The process seems rather dated, she doesn't do a mock up and get you to approve what she has drawn on before getting to work, she didn't leave the numbing gel on long enough to actually numb anything before starting, and she immediately tells you from the get go that her work will need annual touch-ups. Find an artist that people rave about and that their work lasts. A year later, my eyeliner is faded, and much thicker than I ever wore it, so it looks smudgy. I was horrified when I first saw it in the mirror, because of how thick my eyeliner was. I realized after some research that she does an older style on the bottom, where you start at the corner near the nose with what is called a #2 thickness, then go to a #4 thickness, without tapering off again. On someone in their 20s, it looks dated and heavy. (think your mom or grandma trying eyeliner for a night out) I'm torn between being thrilled it has faded in the past year and irritated that I spent that much money for something that essentially only last a year.

My third time back to see Cheryl at New Age Glamour. Love Cheryl. She is professional, caring, fast, confident and thorough . My first time there she easily assuaged my fears at having permanent makeup, answering all my questions. My brows and liner look fabulous!! I love looking in the mirror in the morning having my eyes on perfectly. If you are looking for professional looking makeup by someone you can trust, Cheryl will be a perfect fit!!

Sheryle is the best - as a human, and an artist. I'm fairly blonde and have never liked my eyebrow color (or lackthereof!) so I was afraid of going in for permanent color. That said, I never should have been. Sheryle made me feel comfortable and trust her in the two-step process. My brows are still not as dark as I like them but at least I can wake up and not draw them on from scratch ;) They look very natural and the shape is perfect. I would definitely recommend Sheryle!!

Brought my 82 yo beautiful momma here for her new eyebrows -- I was impressed from beginning to end, and my mother absolutely loves having eyebrows :-). She was comfortable throughout the entire process and this was a concern for me. I wanted her to be comfortable with her decision - and she absolutely was. Sheryl does amazing work, and is very professional.

Got my eyebrows done Thursday of last week, still waiting for them to heal fully but so far I love them! I was told that they will be dark and will fade after five days, but as sheryle said I would get use to them being darker and probably like them! Well of course she was right I do like them darker. I haven't been wearing makeup during this time and the brows make it look like I am!!! Sheryle is such a sweet lady and really wants the best for her clients! I truly recommend her to anyone, especially if you are skeptical and it's your first time!

She got very defensive when I told her the eye brows were uneven and did not match. She made up many excuses why she could not fix them. She claimed the soonest she can do anything about it would be 8...

I have to say that I do not agree, at all, with Sherri L's experience. I interviewed several artists before choosing Sheryle--who does in fact have a portfolio, which includes several celebrities. Additionally, I found her prices to be in line with everyone else's. Furthermore, I do not find her work to be outdated OR painful. Sheryle's demeanor is straight forward and plain spoken--which I like very much. No unnecessary blabbering.In short, I am thrilled to have found Sheryle and am looking forward to seeing her next week for a touch up (I have scar tissue which doesn't hold the color very well).

This is a follow up a year later. Cheryl is sweet, but her work simply doesn't last. The process seems rather dated, she doesn't do a mock up and get you to approve what she has drawn on before getting to work, she didn't leave the numbing gel on long enough to actually numb anything before starting, and she immediately tells you from the get go that her work will need annual touch-ups. Sheryle is the best - as a human, and an artist. I'm fairly blonde and have never liked my eyebrow color (or lackthereof!) so I was afraid of going in for permanent color. That said, I never should have been. Sheryle made me feel comfortable and trust her in the two-step process. My brows are still not as dark as I like them but at least I can wake up and not draw them on from scratch ;) They look very natural and the shape is perfect. I would definitely recommend Sheryle!!

Got my eyebrows done Thursday of last week, still waiting for them to heal fully but so far I love them! I was told that they will be dark and will fade after five days, but as sheryle said I would get use to them being darker and probably like them! Well of course she was right I do like them darker. I haven't been wearing makeup during this time and the brows make it look like I am!!! Sheryle is such a sweet lady and really wants the best for her clients! I truly recommend her to anyone, especially if you are skeptical and it's your first time!

I have to say that I do not agree, at all, with Sherri L's experience. I interviewed several artists before choosing Sheryle--who does in fact have a portfolio, which includes several celebrities. Additionally, I found her prices to be in line with everyone else's. Furthermore, I do not find her work to be outdated OR painful. Sheryle's demeanor is straight forward and plain spoken--which I like very much. No unnecessary blabbering.In short, I am thrilled to have found Sheryle and am looking forward to seeing her next week for a touch up (I have scar tissue which doesn't hold the color very well).
