Very unprofessional! When my friend decided not to get the design tattooed that the artist made for her, he threw a fit. She wanted the tattoo to be small, but he insisted that she get it larger. As she was debating on actually getting his design tattooed (which she wasn't too happy with), he kept pressuring her to go through with it and became irritable when she decided against it. Before we walked out, he asked her to pay for his time making the "custom design" for her, even though she gave him a print out from the internet. JT did a cover up for me.  We came in as walk-ins. I told him what I was thinking for an idea.  He asked for several hours to draw up a design, and told us he had an opening that day at 3.  3 arrived, and the design was exactly what I was looking for!  It only took an hour for him to hide my previous oops with a beautiful new piece of art!  I am thrilled with my new tattoo, and my experience at this studio was excellent!  I would highly recommend them! I have a mixed review about this place. Definitely won't ever return or recommend to anyone. Went in for a simple tattoo. Ribbits was my artist. He's a very very sarcastic person. So if you have any questions or concerns and your looking for any sort of comfort or even conversation you can't get that from him. I think he was trying to be funny but everything you would ask he would say something and just say just kidding or I don't know. Anxiety is normal with tattoos but he was just hard to read with all his sarcasm. He did an outline of my tattoo and I told him I wanted to add a couple dots he free handed the dots without showing me first and they were crooked. I am planning on having the tattoo fixed might have to get it covered up completely. Another artist there had his 2 children in the shop not a problem for me except.... his kids were all over the place. I couldn't use the restroom because the little boy was in the restroom washing change in the sink. And the little girl was rolling all over the place on an office chair. I got to follow my artist here from another shop. I'm new to the game, but he's made me fit right in! The guys who work here are all super professional and the camaraderie here is something you can't miss! You're not going to go wrong with any of these artists as they are all highly experienced and very knowledgeable in their line of work! Gerard gave me a truly memorable experience as we had two sessions together and it's time I would never regret giving him! He captured my image from something I barely had an etch of for him to design! Not only did he capture it, he made it even better! His ideas are fresh and he is so amazing at designing what's coming from your scattered idea of what you are looking for. I’ve always had a great experience. Took my sister years ago for her first and was blown away by the art work of TJ. Swore i’d Never get a tattoo and a year or so later I think I have 6. VERY poor customer service. came in to see about getting a tattoo done and price range. the only artist in the shop acted like i was wasting his time by being there. didnt seem interested at all, threw me a store business card and said anyone would do the tattoo when im ready. Where do I begin. Stopped in on a whim with my friend  and our two kids to get Mothers Day tattoos. Corey  did an amazing job on my friend's monkey tattoo. The art was really great but the professionalism was way off. I went for 2 sessions, paid for 1. The first session took over an hour to get started, but I felt that was alright due to the fact the man doing the tattoo was the only one there that day and I wasn't going to tell him to ignore potential clients. Now the second session is where I had problems. Same with the first session it took him over an hour to get started. While he was putting my stencil on, which he did struggle with a bit, one of his friends came in to chat. He literally walked away from me to talk to his friend for 15 minutes. If he would have worked WHILE talking i wouldnt have cared. finally he came back and correctly placed the stencil. When I went to look at it, I noticed none of the background was there. The entire point of the appointment, which i scheduled and planned with him so he understood i wanted to complete the image. Now all of a sudden he just doesn't have time(what he told me when I asked about the missing background twice). Then he needed a cig break, as if he had done any real work yet. He then proceeded to spend another 15-20 min outside talking to his friend about his new bike. When he decided he was finally ready to get started I was already fed up. I tried to get his attention twice but he was so involved in his friend he ignored me completely. We had to literally yell at him to acknowledge me, in return he just looked at us(me and my sister) like we were dumb and just said OK. I ended up walking out before he even started. It became clear he was not interested in my tattoo or me as a client and was trying to stretch it into as many sessions as he could get out of me. The sad part is I do believe this was the owner of the place.Read Less

I have yet to get a tattoo from this shop, but after seeing their work and the creative process they take in making their work would not hesitate to get it done here! Especially since my previous tattoos have been done out of state hahaThey're located off Hwy 111 and you can park out front. They have tattoo sketches all over and the normal tattoo books if past work on the desk. Plus the artists are all tatted up themselves, which is always refreshing to see haha they have a small restroom and a mirror to check out your new pieces or placing of the outlines.My brother has been coming here for a good minute to satisfy his addiction haha all his tattoos have came out clean and exactly what he wanted. The artists here make sure that your tattoo pops and grabs everyone's attention in the vicinity. A friend of mine has had a half sleeve and described what she wanted, but also open to suggestions too. The outline didn't seem like it would come out good, but after he was finished tattooing it....it was a sick looking piece! The colors came at you and the detail was tremendous! The artist really put his effort into it and came out with great results!Overall 5 stars because they're a clean establishment and give that tattoo shop vibe upon entry.
