Went in on Friday for their Friday the 13th special. It was packed and was in line for about 3+ hours but it was worth the wait for a $20 nose piercing. The man that pierced me named Chris made me feel relaxed. I was super nervous because I hate needles but really wanted this piercing for years now. He did the piercing super quick and didn't hurt as bad as I thought. He gave me a sheet of paper on how to care for my piercing. He made me feel super comfortable and calmed my nerves reassuring me is will be quick with a small pinch. Also, a girl was in their with him and she let me hold her hand. She was really sweet. I took my daughter to get her nose pierced, Cookie was professional and made her feel very comfortable. I was running behind on an appointment and needed to print a doc for a proposal meeting, the gentleman there offered to print it for me. Very curtious staff!! Read Less

The old piercer left and the new one couldn't even switch out my girls nose rings. She messed up the captive ball hoops by bending thrm in to ovals and couldnt put the balls in and my girls nose got torn and bled. 1/10 would NEVER go again. If this is how switching jewelry goes I can't imagin getting pierced by this lady. Read Less

This place is honestly awfulAlthough admittedly they were nice and friendly they have absolutely no business running a piercing shop... after I make an appointment to get a nose ring I walk in and was still expected to wait behind the walk- ins in front of me not to mention I was never asked to fill out any forms whatsoever.. then after waiting 45 minutes I sit down to chose from they're selection of about 7 possible studs and hoops, none of which I particularly wanted but was told I could swap it out in a matter of weeks.. then the lady who seemed to be vaping nonstop goes to the needle and stabs it about halfway through my nose and she literally said "oh shit" as she painfully made it out the other side of my skin.. and for all that I paid 40$.. now three weeks later I'm having quite a bit of trouble with the piercing and will have to go to another place to hopefully have it removed and redone.. My 18 year old daughter just got a small moon tattoo on the back of her neck tonight. It's probably two inches high by two inches wide in size (small) and just black line work. The artist did an "ok" job and over charged the SHIT out of her. Her bad for being young an naïve. It's her very first tattoo so we all go through "live an learn" experiences. His bad for taking advantage of a young girl and making her first tattoo experience not so memorable. Way to go! So if you want cheap lines for big money definitely go here! Read Less

I got my belly button pierced and even after the swelling went down it was a little crooked. Not a good experience. Piercer hardly told me any info on what to do to take care of it. She just gave me a piece of paper and wasn't super friendly. I had to go to the store and buy lots of things to take care of it some of which I couldn't even find. Would not go back here. Read Less

We've been here on 2 occasions and they have all been for piercings.. Man.. I wish I could remember his name.. I believe he is the only one there for the past couple years.. He is AWESOME.. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I also believe they are under new management.. My husband had a forearm tattooo done at this shop in March. He was suppose to get background done on it the same night but the artist had plans and my husband said it was ok to do it another time so he wouldn't rush. The artist said he would finish it another time without charge. After a month my husband tried setting up a time to complete it, and the artist response was he was always to busy. Now  after he put a review on Facebook, they said he could have his tattoo completed if he took his review down (you can see below). When he said he wouldnt, they threatened to sue for slander.This shop is unprofessional and their customer service needs some work. If you look at some of their negative reviews their response if rude and unapologetic. They give you a feeling that they do not respect their customers and their opinions. Instead of tying to fix their flaw's they make it seem like it the customers problem. The only problem the customer has is they choose to trust this shop. I got a forward helix piercing and the guy who did it used too short of a bar so now the ball is sinking into my skin. I was so happy to get this new piercing but now it's a huge hassle because he did a horrible job. Also he sold my girl friend some earrings and she asked for all the same size hoops and he lied as he was putting them on her saying they were the same size. When she returned dissatisfied and requested she get what she originally bought and asked for he said he didn't have it...   He just wanted her money.
