I have been a customer for years, Dustin has been my go to guy since my first piece there..his work just gets better and better. A huge plus is the shop is clean and all the artists are sober while working, something that is rare at quite a few of the local shops. I made "Cisco" fully aware that this review is being written about him. He could have easily gotten 3 stars for fixing a poorly done tatt on my earlobes. If he had responded to any of my touch-up requests, that could have bumped him up to 4. Lastly, if he had ever followed up on the original work he said he'd do on my back, he would have been in 5-star territory. But that status will never come, at least not from me. Out of all my beautiful tattoos I did get one on a whim that was not up to par. By a family friend's referral, I came in to see Cisco. He did what he could and did bring the tattoo to life. I was pleased with it. I think charging me $75 to fill in spots of color on my little earlobes was a bit much, but he was pretty firm on that price. Well, it was better than walking around as I was. Later on he agreed to do an original tat on my back that I'd been wanting for some time. It was in June when he told me he'd sketch it out and then email it to me. By July I had not heard from him, so I sent an email to follow up. He insisted that he was working on it and he would send it to me soon. Another month went by... no drawing, no communication. Come November, I wished him a Happy Thanksgiving while asking if he had just forgotten about me? I couldn't comprehend the lack of communication. I mean, this was not a cheap tattoo! It would go clear across my upper back with lots of detail. Money was no object. What professional just lags on getting work and pay like this?Finally, after the holidays had gone by and a total of 6 months from the time he said he'd do the piece, I sent a last message via Facebook. I let him know about his unprofessionalism and that he would be getting a negative review. I don't know if it's a personal problem that would stop him from wanting clients or money or what. I have gotten one tattoo from them that was a cover up of a surgical scar. They did an amazing job! I get compliments all the time. Then I went back to have them fix a tattoo that I had gotten years earlier from a not so great or professional artist. They once again did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier.I also have several friends that go there and they have always been happy with their work and experiance. There are 3 artists in the shop and one piercer. I am confident and comfortable enough to go to any one of the 3 artists in the shop. I went in to get a tattoo and spoke with JR. He was obviously lit and told me to come back in two hours. I came back in two hours and he said that the tattoo I wanted was a lot of detail and he would need two days to draw it up. I called three days later and left a message with no response. Nine days later he called and asked if I was still interested in getting a tattoo. Don't get me wrong they may do great work, I don't know, but he was way to flaky for me. Read Less

The shop is nice and appears clean. Dusti, who did my tattoo, was friendly and knowledgeable. I was not completely impressed however, on the job he did. My tattoo's outline is slightly squiggly in some spots. Also he did not change needles with every different color used. That's a big no-no in tattooing. My tattoo turned out pretty good overall.
