Elvia was my tattoo artist, she did my roses.  She did a great job,  I just wish I could see my tattoo posted on her IG. Marco is a true artist. I had an idea of what I wanted to do on my leg to complement a tattooed I wasn't so fond of and he made my idea come to life. He has a very unique neotraditional style that is all his own and absolutely incredible. His actual tattoo skills are very good too. Pressure is perfect and I healed great. We had to split the piece into 2 sessions because he could tell my skin wouldn't accept the tattoo if we kept going (I think this was after 6 hours or so). Someone with a big sticker of your guys' Tattoo shop on a white chevy truck just cut me off so bad on the 57 freeway I'm suprised we didnt tbone. Went in on a whim with my friend, looking to get some work done, like most people I had a general idea of what I wanted, and my artist Geno did not disappoint. I got a sugar skull of Maleficent done on my calve (hurt like a b*%#!) and he asked me a few times through out the session if i needed a break and just to Check in on how I was feeling. He was super chill and extremely professional. He gave me great after care tips and I feel like it really helped keep my colors looking vibrant. Will definitely be going back to him very soon. I came here spontaneously with friend on a Thursday and the place was empty, which was lucky for us as the place got pretty packed as the afternoon went on. My friend and I both had a set idea of what we wanted and our artist, Geno drew it up. He did both of ours justice. My friend got a sugar skull of Maleficent and I got a beach tattoo. 3 1/2 years ago My husband and I went to Hawaii on vacation. About a week before we left we were told again that we had little to no chance of ever having children and we decided we were going to adopt. When we got to Hawaii a local told us that Hawaiians believe that their family, or ohana, is not just blood relatives but it's also people they choose to be in their ohana. I love that since we just decided that we were going to adopt and chose our family so I had the word ohana tatted on my ankle. Well I got pregnant after all and we were just blessed with our miracle baby Emma so I wanted to add to the tattoo and keep the Hawaiian theme. This is a before and after. I went looking for a great tattoo shop in orange. Found this place, and got tattooed yesterday by Geno. Best work I've had done! very clean and professional. He was quick and this morning my tattoo is barely sore. I'm definitely going back. Very reasonably priced and he gave me a thorough list on how to take care of it which is great for someone who doesn't have one yet (I have 5now so I'm used to it) the other guys in the shop were nice too and played awesome music (prince lol) they even have a pool table in front which makes bonus if you bring in friends for support or some crap. Overall experience and environment is definitely worthy of 5 stars. ..will keep updated on the healing process...I'm usually one to be specific with a tattoo this time I was half specific and he did an amazing job so thank you very much goodfellas you were radtastic. This shop is pretty cool! It is very clean and welcoming and even has a pool table so you can play while you wait for a friend or your artist. I came here with my boyfriend who is finishing his arm sleeve with Marco. In my quest to get my first tat I am doing some investigating which brought me here over the weekend!  I was passing by and saw them out the corner of my eye and had to make a U-y and go back!  Thank the good Lord for that peripheral vision.Truth be told this place is located in an unassuming, inconspicuous, itty-bity, 3 store strip mall next to a Catholic school, which is a good thing because if I decided to use this place to get my tat I'll be over in there chapel a couple hours before on my knees, prayin for the strength to get through the pain.  If you're not looking for it you most likely pass it up.  That said parking is a premium but I didn't see too many peeps making a bee line to get in any of the shops over here but it was early afternoon.When I drove up there was about 5 guys standing outside. I thought they were waiting for the palce to open but when I asked they told me it was open so I walked in.  They apparently all worked there and were standing outside just chatting in the wonderful weather we were having.  Macaulay followed me in and I started in with my questions.  He was so cool and had no problem answering ANY of my 20-20 questions.  I am the QUEEN of asking questions and tend to ask A LOT.  The consensus seems to be NO DRINKING BEFORE the tat, which TOTALLY SUCKS because I was planning to do a few shots to ease the nerves and get through the process.  There is something about bleeding and they don't need me doing it excessively while I'm there.  I'm sure it's for my own good, it just doesn't feel that way when I keep hearing NO! Macaulay showed me some books and told me who the artist was who did them.  SUPER TALENTED group of peeps!  I asked if they had a female and they do but if I decided to go with them I'll need to make an appointment since she doesn't work there all the time because she is also UBER talented as well and she gets booked up quick!  Not ONLY that she is moving so I need to get the molasses out, stop dilly-dallying, and make a FRICKIN decision.  I've never been one to procrastinate, hem and haw or be the one that can't make a decision except for this time when it comes to me deciding to willingly be stabbed repeatedly.I also got to speak with the manager who was also REALLY FRIENDLY and COOL!  They went over and beyond in answering my questions.  I REALLY like this place because it is sectioned off so they is some privacy depending on where you getting your tat.  NOT everyone needs to see your history and your future.  They even told me that by the time I (make up my mind) and come back there would be some Japanese type curtains/screens up for more privacy or you can use the back room for the utmost privacy.  I REALLY like that there are OPTIONS!I can of course pick out my own tat or they will draw one out for me.  And since I don't intend to leave anything for chance I'll most likely be scouring the internet for my tat.  Everything is really your choice as it should be since it's YOUR body!  The shop is UBER CLEAN which is of course a pre-request and a must for me!  Filth and grime do not inspire confidence and calm that I won't get an infection and need to have a body part amputated so I REALLY APPRECITED the CLEANLINESS!  They also have a lot of art all over the walls and in a display that is hanging on the walls.  If you decided you need a friend or two to come with you there is a pool table in case they get bored or you need a break from being stabbed with a needle.  They offered to show me a few needles and I managed to NOT get light headed.  This place is on the top of my list.  I want to check out a few more places before I commit to going forward with my first tat or scrubbing the entire idea and staying tat free!Thanks for all the info!  If I go forward I post a pic and update my review with my experience. Chef is my tattoo guy and he has the touch. I am never sore or bruised up after my sessions. He's a legit top notch tattoo artist. He is the best guy for shading, black and white, and from what I've seen, color too. I haven't seen him in a minute but will hit him up as soon as I have the urge for ink. Pretty disappointed with the price. Just for a name in cursive across my forearm was $240 really? Barely any shading was done and after my tattoo was healed there was some mistakes. Some of the lines were not accurate and some of the lines wernt connected fully. For a price that high my tattoo should of been really nice. I had to go to another shop so they culd fix it. I came to Goodfellas for a septum piercing. Pepe is the piercer, and he is fantastic. The price for the piercing seemed steep ($65) but he told me that septums are very expensive due to the need for a higher-quality surgical steel because the area is prone to infection. When he saw I was a little bit turned off by the price he immediately went to speak with his manager and knocked $10 off for me, I was stoked. He spent a while talking to me and patiently addressing a few concerns I had. I don't believe Pepe has been at the shop for long, so he got his manager, Mikey (who has 20 years of piercing experience) to assist in picking the best placement for the piercing. Mikey oversaw the whole thing which I appreciated--I definitely felt like he really wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. Pepe talked me through the whole thing, he was very kind and professional.I'm very pleased with my new piercing and enjoyed my experience at Goodfellas. Everyone was very nice and polite, and I highly recommend this place if you want a piercing. And from what I could see they have some very talented tattoo artists here as well. If you're looking for a flower tattoo, you can get that anywhere. But if you're looking for something more detailed, like a portrait or anything that requires shading, then come here. The guys are professionals, the work is top notch and the place is clean. The guys take care of you and you won't regret it. After I stopped in on this place several years ago (I used to work down the street) I wasnt too impressed at first, the place seemed clean & cool but the person who approached me at first wasnt that nice. I opted not to get a tattoo. So when i moved back to the area a couple years later, i stopped in again. The guy, Turbo, who came & talked to me was really friendly & cool. So i got the tattoo & was happy about it. very happy. I have since been back and been tattooed by turbo, Mike & Kim. Everyone there is always pretty cool. I think the best part about it though is how the shop has stayed clean. It has tripped me out how people will get tattoos in a garage or someones house.
