This summer, I had my very first tattoo done at Diving Swallow, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cedre is incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and collaborative, and she helped me to feel comfortable throughout the entire process--from spending an hour and a half with me during our consultation to encouraging me to take as much time as I needed during breaks in our sessions. The tattoo took 14 hours total, and Cedre was so supportive throughout, making it ...a pleasant experience. She is a loving, compassionate person who does beautiful work! What an incredible place. I had long time plans to get a tattoo but it wasn't until I met Cedre that I made my official decision. Not only is she an amazing artist but she is incredibly warm and loving. She honors the ritual of tattooing and consciously makes room for her clients emotional and spiritual needs/intentions.
