Absolutely, positively the most professional shop environment I have ever been in. Her shop is clean and very comfortable. This is not your normal grunge type shop. From the moment you walk in you feel at ease. Cristin (the shop owner and artist) is of no exception. She is so kind and warm hearted. I have been tattooed by artists all over the country. I can honestly say that hands down...I have never felt more at home than Cristin made me feel. She was initially a little booked out. However, any even half assed decent artist should be. Trust me Cristin is far from half assed! She truly cares about her art and her client. She was well worth the wait. Another great plus... SHE DOESNT SMOKE! So that means she's not taking a break every half hour. When you pay her for her time you are actually paying her for her time she works on you and not her smoke breaks. This place looks like a spa, not a tattoo parlor. Clean, warm and inviting. Cristin is polite, professional, friendly and fair! She has done a half sleeve (a work still in progress) and a hummingbird tattoo on me and has exceeded my expectations. I like that she listens to what you want and has this uncanny ability to visualize and bring it to life. I've lost count on all of the compliments I've received from people on my tattoos. I have gotten four tattoos from Cristin. The LAST being the biggest one. She set a price for it at the end of my first session. She later decided to charge me more for it when she didn't finish it in time. I called other shops in the area and asked if that was the norm, they all said "No" the price they quoted was the total price even if they did not finish in the time expected, unless there was more added to the tattoo. When I asked Cristin about it she said she didn't run her shop like others. So be warned; the price may go up and if you can't afford  it, you will be running around with an unfinished tattoo. I felt like she didn't appreciate my business at all. I am a very easy going person. Totally! I am so not aggressive at all. In fact it has taken me a while to post this review, but I felt I needed to do it. So here I am months later, needing to find someone else to finish my tattoo after spending so much money on it already. :( Hopefully you all have a better experience. Cristin is such a classy person and business owner! This tattoo shop is unlike any other. It is clean, safe, welcoming, and not ugly ghetto. I have found my artist for life! I will never go anywhere else. She listens to her clients, so so so gentle which was amazing! I didn't feel like I was getting a tattoo. I have three and my other two done by other artists were ugly painful and done by men. This is definitely a huge step up from your average tattoo experience. Cris works out of a true boutique-- the art is amazing, the atmosphere is incredible.
