Let me start off with Krysta is an amazing artist. With that said the owner Josh gave my boyfriend and I horrible tattoos. While giving me a tattoo on my knee cap he continued to call me a pussy and a little bitch. He didn't take his time at all and blew out my knee. I do not support him whatso ever. This shop is a joke and lied about the work and price id be getting. Worst is after I came in and discussed in detail and even showed my original tat and what I wanted done, i still got screwed over. I was forced (by being threatened to pay more or leave after i paid in full for my work to be done). i was forced to pay triple to get the work done after we agreed the work id be getting for the price I paid. I have been wanting a tattoo of my dog a malamute wolf that I had to put down he was my bud and I ran into there shop actually Krysta on Facebook I then went to there shop First and foremost it was clean They were upfront and honest I showed Joshua a picture he gave mea ballpark price could be higher could be lower depends on the detail after reviewing a lot of his work I paid the deposit got what he needed and needless to say it was a flawless piece of work I do notice there are a couple sour apples out there that's wherever you go. Since then I have had people ask me where I got it and did not hesitate to refer them to Joshua and Krysta. Outstanding people and the work is TOP NOTCH!! I will always refer people to JustCry Inc. I was RIPPED OFF here! The artist who should of had my back, didnt, after the shop manager threatened me to leave or pay more money. Didn't even do the work we agreed to. he said after the work started "i priced you too low, I need more money". Shop manager was volatile and actually got in my face threatening me to leave, and tries to then lie about everything we talked about. Even when i showed proof of their lying, still had the nerve to still demand more money, while the artist sits quiet, making it my fault they priced me what they did, but proof was clear with email and txt and even when I came in to talk. (Just reeled me in when I had other options at a lower price, for the same work discussed) I'm still Not ruling out a lawsuit in the near future with this place that put me in such fear for my safety and work not complete. I got my Industrial pierced and my girly got both her tragus and we absolutely love them. We walk in and were immediately greeted and then recognize cuz I had a piercing done by Lindsey before. I came to this shop in august and I never left. The shop has been remodeled since then and the staff was funny and friendly. if you are looking for a fun shop that is contemporary and family orientated this is the place for you. I got a rather large thigh piece on my left side and you just could beat the price. I will not be going to any other tattoo parlor, I am glad to call this place home. Read Less
