Great place! Mike was absolutely awesome. It was my first tattoo so it was an easy one for him, but his other stuff was incredible. My step-daughter and researched tattoo places for her first tattoo. Overwhelmingly, we were told to go to Grateful Ink in Nevada City. We are so pleased we did! She got her first tattoo and it looks great. The experience was great from scheduling the appointment to the final product and after care instructions. Not only was it a GREAT tattoo the sweet woman who did it is married to a sweet man with Cystic Fibrosis. At first I wasn't going to consider this shop because it had no Yelp reviews and recently opened. However I decided to look up their Facebook page and I was really impressed with the work shown there. I felt confident they knew what they were doing so the next day I went in for my first tattoo.I'm so glad I picked this shop! Michael made me feel very welcome in his shop and Veronica took care of me from the beginning. I showed her my design and before long she was inking up my arm. She did such an amazing job, her work is very detailed and clean. She matched the colors of my image perfectly and drew a very detailed eye that matches my own.
