Yes, I drove all the way from Clayton to Napa.  She was recommended by an acquaintance and I am so glad!  I now have beautiful permanent eyeliner - top and bottom and lovely shaped brows.  Elayne spent 2.5 hours the first session and another 2.5 hours in a second "touch up" session.  She spent time explaining the procedures and mixing the colors so that they would be perfect for me.  I have received many compliments  - and the kicker is that I save so much time in the morning getting ready for work!  No need to reapply eyeliner during the day, either.  So glad I made this decision, money well spent and I highly recommnend Elayne Davis. I have always wanted full, beautiful, and most of all natural looking brows, but was very skeptical of permanent makeup. I have seen poor results of tattooed eyebrows, and did not want my brows to look like  thick, solid stencils. I made sure to do my homework on the best technique to achieve natural looking brows, and I'm so glad I came across Elayne. From the start, she listened very carefully to all of my concerns about color, shape and technique and assured me that she would apply individual hair strokes to achieve as natural a result as possible. Most importantly, Elayne understands that permanent cosmetic brows are a process. It took about four appointments to achieve my desired brows, but I am extremely happy with the result. Not only is Elayne a skilled professional, she is also a perfectionist. She  was very thoughtful and careful about every detail of my brows, down to the placement of specific hairs. I was looking for someone to do permanent eyeliner and lip liner with full lip color. I recognized Elayne's name so I scheduled a consultation with her. She is kind, she explains everything to you at that time. I had my eyeliner done today and I couldn't be any happier with the outcome.  The best thing ever is she uses anesthetics so you might feel about 1 percent of the pain, if at all!!  She also doesn't stop until you are COMPLETELY satisfied with the way things look!   Elayne is competitively priced, she's local, and she knows exactly what she is doing and does it FANTASTIC!!!
