Went in on a Friday for the Friday the 13th deals. They were completely backed up and not even taking anybody. I actually thought I was just going to hang out with some friends but ran into an old friend Ian who Was tattooing. He not only made time to get me and he went way beyond. I absolutely love the bit of my arm he filled in. It is so special to me and even more special that he did it. The "RONELLE" he tattooed made my whole sleeve look more feminine I just love it. Ironically, my grandfather Ron who the tattoo was Symbolically for passed away the next day completely unexpectedly. Thank you Ian and everybody that works at Heritage. I've been getting tattoos for 22 years now from about 15 different artists all over the place. All of which I was never 100% happy with. I met Ian in October 2018 and instantly liked him; he's a very cool down to earth dude. Since then he's done about 20 hours of work on me. I can honestly say I'm 110% happy. He is by far above and beyond the best artist I've had work on me. I'm very fortunate/lucky that I walked into Heritage Tattoo when I did. Also, everyone I've met that works there is friendly/cool. I have been coming here for years, HUB is amazing! He did my wolf tattoo which symbolized my 1st year clean and did it perfect!!! It's my fave tattoo by far. He also did my coverup tattoo on my shoulder and completely transformed it!!! I won't go to anyone else... ever. He is committed to making my tattoos and my arm sleeve look amazing! Was going to get a tat from Kenny. He was so disrespectful and unprofessional that he couldn't listen to what I had to say and couldn't give me what I wanted so he threw a bitch fit. Talking shit as he walked back to his table. When I confronted the manager about over hearing his shit talking he denied it and said that he wasn't talking about me. Pfff!. Please.. Plus the manager also watched him talk this way to me and watched him threatened to beat my ass (I doubt it) and to...ld me to get the f*** out! I bet the only reason that happened was because I was the only customer there. Sorry ass people that own this place. Never been treated that way. If you can't listen to your customers and help resolve an issue of what you are supplying then maybe you shouldn't be working there. Never disappointed here! Got my first tattoo done here when I was 18 by Kenneth and was hooked. He has since done my last four portraits and has gone above and beyond on every one of them. I went in again and got a back to the future tattoo by Robert Waters for my first color tattoo and it couldn't have came out any better! Haven't had a chance to get anything by Patrick, Cody, Menso, or Dave but I will in the future. Shop was newly remodeled and looks amazing. These guys all have a passion for this and it shows in there work. Love this place and am always recommending it to everyone I talk to. Thanks for the memories guys, I'm excited for more to come! Some of the artists are nice but extremely over priced. Cody is good but Robert does things the way he wants them not how you want them. He doesn't respond back to any messages asking about touch ups on the tattoos he does for you. Extremely disappointed. WOULD NOT recommend going back. Read Less

I went in for my second tattoo at heritage wishing I went there for my first as well! The shop is so clean and has a really cool vibe to it. I had a small lotus flower tattoo done on my wrist by Pat and he did an amazing job. I get so many compliments on the detail and clean lines. well i will only comment about ken herring who i believe runs the shop. i will not only comment on my experience but my friends as well that have 30 tattoos between the two of them. ken likes black and white realism, although he can tattoo whatever. amazing work to be honest i dont understand why he doesnt pop up under more internet searches for local tattoo artists. my experience the prices were a steal, ken refused to my buddy's tattoo smaller because thats all he could afford he did it right because he wanted it done right. I went to have an old tattoo covered and Cody did it for me! What an amazing job! Like the previous review stated it hurt so bad well hello tattoos hurt! It did hurt but I knew that going in!
