My daughter and I have been coming to Ruby's bangles for quite some time now. We love their fast and efficient service. Very affordable! My daughter especially likes how her technician applies rose water to her brows after her eyebrow threading, very soothing. Location is convenient, as well as offering convenient hours. I really don't recommend this place one bit. I came in just for a clean up eyebrows and upper lip. I had just got them done with my lady in LA a week ago. But my boyfriend said they were good and I didn't want to drive down there. I come in apart of the fact that I had to wait for them because they were in back talking. I patiently waited when they finally decided to help me thru FUCKED UP. My eyebrows!!!!! They cut up the first part and the inside they left two completely different shapes. I definitely recommend this place! Very friendly and sociable staff. They do your eyebrows exactly how you want them. One time I thought I could clean up my eyebrows with tweezers and I accidentally left them really uneven. How horrifying! With the help of the ladies at this shop, I was able to get "clean ups" that little by little allowed my eyebrows to grow back evenly. Now they are full and in really nice shape. Love the way they do my eye brows but NEVER coming here anymore. Horrible customer service and went in the other day and they told me to wait 20 min because they were ALL HAVING LUNCH ! I was so blessed to have meet Lola at Salon Creations.  Lola is the best colorist I've ever encountered.  I have very resistant grey and thin hair. Lola gave me full grey coverage when she colored my hair and she left my hair soft and healthy as well. She also gave me the best shampoo and condition. I've been coming here for a while now and I'm really disappointed to write this but I came in and two girls are here and they tell me we just got on our lunch....Expected me to leave and come back in 30 minutes what kind of service is that?!?! Why you have two people so one could go on lunch and one could be on the floor.They just lost a customer. Read Less

It's a hit or miss. I can't risk crazy eyebrows. There's times when they've done a great job. And other times I've left less than satisfied. I was a customer for 4 years. I just put up with the unpredictable service. I stopped coming here when this new looking lady messed up my eyebrows, then claimed they were "already like that". She over threaded one brow because she was distracted, talking to the other worker.  Instead of apologizing she became defensive, claiming my brows were the problem . I have really thick eyebrows and came in after 2 months of letting my brows grow in. She over threaded them and made one really skinny. So that made it more offensive for her to deny her mistake. I'm getting annoyed just remembering the incident.  I payed and never returned. I don't recommend! Read Less

Second time coming here. So far so good. The lady's are extremely nice. And price is not bad at all. $8 I just wish they did waxing too. I like how they have this thing to where you come in 10 times and then get one free. 5 stars. I would recommend. Read Less

Ive heard great things about this place. Came in and it looks cleans. The lady was nice and i told her exactly what i wanted she said she understood but after the threading my eyebrows both looked different. hopefully it grows back, but i told her just a clean up and she made them too thin, and one is thinner than the other. Jessie is a genius. She always has been waiting for her because she is currently too legit to quit. The other lady there, I think its Norinda is good too. But no one else. Just those two. Call ahead and ask if one of these two ladies is working before you come. I always do and if they are not there, I will wait. I have been going to another location recently that's closer to my place but they aren't as good as this place. IIf you want your eyebrows to be so nice, don't think twice. Just go there. Read Less
