Very professional, very fun, and there was never the awkward silence that I've experienced with others before him. This parlor has such a dope feel to it. I'm so accustomed to going into parlors that have an intimidating feel. Tattoo Alchemy is far from that. They have a clean well put together lobby, making their clients feel welcomed. I highly recommend getting your tattoo done by Josh Madsen. He is very professional yet friendly. At first look this and compared to other shops, tattoo alchemy is  very open and clean. It has a Japanese feel to it and everyone has a big work places. Everyone from the apprentice to tattoo artist are friendly and they like helping each other out. Especially when creating a design or adding things or even what might look better.My tattoo artist was Art! I scheduled a consultation with him gave him what I wanted and idea and a week later I had my tattoo session scheduled. It took some tweaking when creating my design but He definitely did not disappoint! I'm the type of person that is super picky and wouldn't get a tattoo because it's not what I want or afraid it's going to come out wonky lol. But art put me at ease with his finished design and also when he was tattooing me. He definitely care about his art and you leaving with a fresh tattoo.  Overall, Arts line work was great and his work is clean! After researching shops in the area, I decided to go with Tattoo Alchemy and it did not disappoint! The shop was very clean and I liked that each tattoo artist had their own sectioned off area. My husband and I didn't make an appointment and walked in since I was just looking for a couple of small tattoos, and we were welcomed by Josh Madsen right away. Josh was very friendly and took his time placing my tattoos to make sure they were in a good spot with natural lines on my body as well as where I wanted them. I'd only gotten one small tattoo before, so I was still a little nervous. Josh did great work and made me feel super comfortable during the process! I wanted a name tattoo at last minute and knew it'd be of an annoyance. I messaged a previous place that did my other tattoo and they didn't want to take me and didn't offer a next available appointment, called a different place and same thing. My mom reminded me about this place since it's not far from my house and thought what could it hurt to walk in and ask? Jay said he'd do my tattoo and took my right away, after I came back from running an errand. He was super nice, I was nervous and he talked to me to help it out, he did exactly what I wanted! This is the most professional tattoo shop I've ever seen! My cousin and I wanted to get matching tattoos before I moved to Oregon so we made a night of it and went in to see Art because he was referred to us by another friend. We were immediately met with welcoming folks, they already had tattoo's going for the day but called in Hung Danh who was there in less than 5 minutes, saw our idea, and came up with a perfect design for us!
