Hocus Ink is the best place to get a tattoo in Ceres. There a clean environment and all the needles and supplies are new each time some one wants a tattoo. This is my very first time getting a tattoo and I had no idea what design would look good. I asked the Hocus the owner what he thinks would look awesome and he said he'd draw it up and show me and if I didn't like it he'd do my design. He drew it up and I fell in love with the design he came up with. I am glad I went to Hocus for my first tattoo and I would recommend it to any one who wants another tattoo or wants there very first tattoo.
