I went in to get a sketch of a tattoo I want to get.  The artist didn't really take the time to listen and then was wierd about the deposit.  First it was $20 then $40.  The next day I got my sketch and it was poor.  I went to get my deposit back and they didn't want to return it.  Not going there again. Went to see Chino for a cover up a few month ago, he did an outstanding job covering up a messed up tattoo. And we planned to do a whole theme and we rescheduled for a second session. On Friday the 13th we got more covered and the way he draw what I wanted came out exactly how I pictured it. Now we have one more session to go to get the whole arm completed. This was my first tattoo. I went in and I told someone what I wanted and she sent over Auds. He spent almost an hour with me, just looking at butterflies and colors with what I wanted. He was great. It took him jwst under two hours to finish my butterfly. He was very kind and told me what he was doing, each step of the way. I am in love with the final product. I went to go get my first tattoo at almost 35 years of age today and stumbled on this place through Yelp. Walked in here and felt good energy. I asked if I could get a sword tattooed on my bicep. I was greeted by Carlos. Carlos was incredibly professional and within about 20 minutes I was sitting down getting the sword done. Wow!! Can I start off with the friendly service online?? These guys were able to answer all my questions within the same day and helped me get the appointment that I wanted. It was spectacular. They got me in the next day with CHINO and ohh boy these guys are hilarious. This was my first tattoo ever and I was pretty nervous, but Chino and guys gave me reassurance that I'm in good hands and everything will go accordingly the way I wanted and it amazingly did. I wanted a rose on my left shoulder with my parents' name and he gave me the most realistic rose tattoo ever and it's even better looking than the rose that I showed him. Thank you Chino. My niece has been wanting her first tattoo for awhile so we spent a lot of time checking out various studios and artists.  I wanted it to be a good experience for her.Found this place online, read every review and decided this was where she wanted to go.  I had also been wanting to get a couple more tattoos so we went this past weekend.We instantly felt at ease upon walking in.  The guys there were all super cool and laid back.  Very friendly.  The studio was also very clean, which was obviously important.Eric worked with my niece on her tattoo.  She had designed it herself but ultimately went with some of the suggestions he made and it turned out beautifully!!  She was pretty scared since this was her first tattoo but he made her feel very comfortable and at ease with the process.  He described exactly what he was doing before he did it so there were no surprises for her.Chino did both my tattoos and I'm thrilled with both of them!!  My dad died in Dec 2015 and I've been wanting to get his signature as a tattoo.  My niece also designed an infinity style tattoo with my 4 children's names.  Chino did not disappoint!!  My dad's signature came out exactly how it looked on paper...even down to the spacing and how my dad shaped his letters.  And the infinity style tattoo is perfect as well!I would highly recommend this tattoo studio, as well as both Eric and Chino!  Very nice guys, clean studio, extremely hygienic in their tattoo process.  Will definitely be back for my next tattoo!!ETA:  Couldn't figure out how to add pictures to my review so to see pics of the tattoos that I got, click on my profile and view photos. I went and got my second big tattoo done here courtesy of Auds! He did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier! I don't like to talk too much during tattoos because it helps me to zone out and relax and he never made me feel uncomfortable or awkward for not saying much. He did a great job and I could tell he was extra cautious at times and did his best not to rub too hard. The shop is really clean and easy to feel comfortable in and the other artists all have a great attitude with each other and the customers. I will definitely go back here! The shop is pretty well managed.  It's clean and the artists are friendly.  The owner spent nearly 6 hours on my half sleeve which I think he did a great job. The price was reasonable and will definitely come back again.  My only negative feedback was that there were two annoying girls who were about in their late teens or early twenties. They acted like dumb and dumber who had the most obnoxious laugh. It was just constant for a good 1-2 hrs that made my sitting uncomfortable. After following Sophollie on Instagram, I decided to email him inquiring about finally getting my back piece done, and I'm so glad I did! He responded very promptly and professionally. He was very patient with me and the changes I asked for. I just finished my first session a couple days ago of my whole back piece with the talented tattoo artist Sophollie, and I'm super happy with it! Sophollie did a great job incorporating everything I asked for and more!! I can't wait to finish it on the next session!! The tattoo shop itself is welcoming and very clean (even the bathroom) especially for a shop full of guys lol. Everyone there is very nice and professional. Where are all these good reviews coming from?Before I went in I looked at all these reviews so I thought wow this must be a good place. Well I went in and for my tattoos, got a foot tattoo and a flower on my rib going with my other tattoos that someone else did awhile back. So I went back a couple days after Erik Ramos did my foot tattoo and I said can you guys fix this and they replied "of-course defiantly come back In a Few weeks after it heels" The foot tattoo is HORRIBLE!!! and the flower is messy!! Tried multiple times to go back in or even called so they can fix there crappy work and they are telling me "no we can't were busy!" But there shop looked pretty empty to me! DO NOT RECOMMEND  THIS PLACE AT ALL! AND WILL NEVER BEING GOING BACK NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! This shop also just did this on my friend and a couple of my friend friends. Some of the guys make you feel very uncomfortable buy hitting on you and trying to do unprofessional things. This place is very unprofessional and rude!! I'm very unsatisfied!! Read Less

I brought in a picture of my dads motorcycle that i wanted done. he passed away when i was younger and this was my first tattoo and i was nervous. but the work was way better then i expected and so was the price it was detailed very good and better then any motorcycle tattoo i searched on google. it was so clean and i got a really great price on it.
