Phenomenal work done by Jesus and Brian down at sideshow in Venice! My tattoo was an extremely meaningful cover up that Jesus really took the time to create and achieve! Thank you so much guys! Brian's steady hand and precise line work created a masterful mandala style lotus that my wife just adores! Already planning a trip back in August and can't wait! Great prices and the work speaks for itself!

This is about their customer service not the work they do. I was excited to find a groupon cor this tattoo establishment purchasing a two hour session right away. I then called to schedule an appointment for the following day but the guy i spoke with was rude. His tone did not flucuate but he was very abrupt in his demeanor. He asked one of the staff if he would be willing to take a grouponer the next morning in witch the guy said he would not be able to. The guy i was speaking with asked for my name and number for someone to call me back. As he was giving me some info i was letting him know what i wanted in hopes he would relay the info to the tattoo artist that would call me back. I was also asking him questions to have a better understanding of their practice however after attempting to let him knkw what i wanted and asking questions he told me "as i said someone wipl call you today" which never happened. The phone call was off putting and the following day i canceled my groupon. Ill go to an astablishment where their all around ediquate has better customer service. And if having a discount is an issue they shouldn't have a coupon on groupon.

The people are nice and did a great job but they changed the hours but did not fix it online so me and my girlfriend were waiting 2 hours for them to open withought getting a response from anyone. And one of the eyes on the piece I got is messed up pretty bad. But other than that it was good.
