My husband and I went here for the Friday the 13th tattoos and loved it. Everyone was super chill and patient, considering I was nervous for my 2nd tattoo. me and 2 other friends walked in today to get our tongues pierced , we were met with great customer service ! unfortunately I forgot to get the name of our piercer and I didn't realize it until later so if you read this review you know who you are :) THANK YOUUUU! you made us feel comfortable and it all came out perfectly ! These guys know what they are doing, I have never had a bad experience. Also they are great at piercings, have had a few bad experiences in the valley with all sorts of piercings but not here. I just want to say THANK YOU JOHNNIE TATS!! I got the worst tattoo of my life on a Friday could not sleep, or for that matter concentrate the next day. I pulled up at POKERZ walked in and Johnnie was super welcoming made me so secure. He saw my tat from the day before and just like everyone else thought it was a f%/#^& up "J" no it should be a "T" he laughed with me not at me..I was glad he was there and it went down like it did..we did some research real quick picked out a "T" and within 5 mins he was done...what do you know? I could tell the difference in his confidence as a artist than that girl at the fake tattoo shop "HOTTIE BODY" DON'T EVER GO THERE..! My fiancé and I had been looking for a place all day to get a couples tattoo of Robots. Everyone was either charging way to much or they didn't even want to see us. We walked into Pokerz pretty positive we weren't going to be getting our tattoos that day but were surprised at how welcoming and chill they were. Steve and Chris are awesome. They made the whole environment super comfortable and made us laugh and overall made us feel at home. I went to Pokerz and they took great care of me.. I went to a few other shops and were just turned off by there lack of knowledge. I was told the piercing I wanted could not be done.
