Bryan's portfolio is awesome, he is knowledgeable and seemingly kind. That being said, he cannot keep an appointment. I must have gotten lucky on my first visit, I just walked right in while he was working with a customer. I pitched my idea and he said that he would draw it up. When I went back a week later, the door was locked and I knocked and knocked and didn't get in. I called and left a message, no one returned the call. I made another unsuccessful attempt a day later, and finally saw him on the third trip. We discussed changes he felt were necessary, and set an appointment date/time to connect where he would show me the finished drawing and maybe start to work on my dream piece. Well, I'm writing this not having been tattooed after arriving on time and waiting for half an hour, deciding to go get lunch, coming back an hour later to find his car parked out front, and then standing outside like an asshole banging on the door and windows for 20 minutes. No one answered, obviously. The hours posted on the door are meaningless, no one ever answers the phone or returns calls. I can't help but feel that my idea was not good enough for him, my heart is broken because I have to start this process over somewhere else. Fuck it.

Kept running into people with awesome tattoos, asking them where they got them, and hearing "J-Fam". One of my daughter's friend's mom. Realtor at an open house. Guy in line in front of the at the supermarket.So when I went to get my first, I headed there and he was fantastic. I knew exactly what I wanted, but he found a good improvement on one portion and it looks great.I would strongly recommend.

Honestly the best experience I have ever had in this valley! I have had 3 different tats done from different shops and non of them were as clean, professional, caring, deticated and just down right amazing. Bryan Jenkins work is unbelievable. He took my dream and made it come to life. April was great in explaining everything and made me feel super comfortable. This is the place to be. Well worth waiting for. I live out of state now and will not have my work done by anyone else...
