Had my eyebrows done by Heather and the colorDidn't even last 7 months.  Said she would do my third  time free when I was back in California hum funny how she would not honor what she said. And she knew how long I would be gone.  Wasted $250 and my sister wasted $250 on permanent eyeliner that was never done right from the start.   I would not recommend Heather for permanent make up not good and a waste of money.  Poor work quality!! I came to Diamond St after another parlor was rude and gave a ridiculous price for my design. I was in town for only the one day and had a couple options I was willing to use. It was my first tattoo and I had a limited budget. Nate worked with me on the design he thought was best and worked in my budget. I left with a wonderful tattoo that I absolutely love. Nate went out of his way to ensure my comfort through the entire process, gave verbal and written instructions for aftercare and even stayed a bit late to make sure everything was perfect. I've been looking for an artist for a few years and this was the fourth parlor I stopped at that day. When I walked in I was immediately comfortable. All of the guys and Bree were completely understanding with my concerns of finding the right person for the job I had in mind. I spoke with Nate, telling him I was extremely spoiled by my last Artist. I not only expected top notch work (I used to compete) but, I needed someone who could take my concept and run with it. When I t...old him I needed an Artist who was confident enough to create something he set me up with Tony after seeing my sample. All I can say is Oh Good Lord! I went in with a small iffy print out that I thought I was going to test the artist with but came out with a masterpiece that far out weighs my expectations! My piece is truly a worthy representation of the Greek Mythological theme I was looking for. I also had some pretty painful piercings done and Bree was awesome, quick, precise and made the process way less painful than it was the first time I went through it. If you're looking for a great studio go to these guys. They work well together passing suggestions along and they are fabulous artists. I was tattooed by Tony, which took two sessions and he was very patient with me and very good at his work. He got exactly what I wanted and then some by adding his very own touch which just brought my tat out even more.  The shop was very clean and the personnel were extremely polite. Got tatted here and I don't know if the guy was nervous or what but the tattoo job done on me was HORRIBLE. How can you go outside the line that was stamped on my skin???? And then another part he never connect the line of the tattoo. I had to wait for it to heal and the swelling to go down to see all of this, went back to have him touch it up again and still did a crappy job. Never went back to this shop and found a reliable shop a few miles down to get it fix. Maybe I just went to the wrong artist. Read Less

Heather does an amazing job with permanent makeup here. I got the hairstroke technique done on my almost non existent eyebrows. I no longer have to fill in my eyebrows and it took so much time off my makeup routine. I am beyond happy with the results. Worth every penny! Read Less

I got a stellar piece of art on my forearm by Harmony at this shop. One of the best artists in the AV, without a doubt.The shop has an easy layout, with much of the space dedicated to workstations (not a bad thing at all). There's a spacious waiting area with a ton of flash to look through and a case with everyone's businesses cards on display. I have no complaints, this is definitely a 5 star tattoo parlor! Read Less

I recently (3 months ago) got my first tattoo at Diamond St Tattoo, and I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing the experience was.The shop is very clean and professional. The artists are all extremely nice, helpful, and talented. Their website and Facebook page are also very helpful. I looked through a bunch of tattoo shops in Lancaster and Diamond St definitely stood out to me. I had my tattoo done by Harmony. I gave her my idea along with a few reference photos, and she designed the tattoo I had pictured in my head. It was absolutely amazing. I felt very comfortable in the shop. Harmony was super great and I will definitely be getting my next tattoo from her. I've been recommending Diamond St to all of my friends. My niece also got both of her tattoos there.Oh, and I also got my septum piercing done by Eddie, who is a fantastic piercer! Made me feel very comfortable, even while jabbing a needle through my septum! He will definitely be doing all of my future piercings.I can't say enough about this shop! 5 stars most definitely! This place is awesome and clean! Eddie just did a Army memorial tat for my husband today and it looks AWESOME! It is seriously sick! My husband brought in an idea for a cover up and Eddie told him what he thinks and advise on how to work with the cover up and all if it was great advise and both of us could not be happier with the outcome, colors, size and detail, it 's very clean! My husband definitely gave Eddie a great tip because he deserved it! When my husband is ready to get his back done, he will only go to Eddie now, I highly recommend him and he does piercings as well. I know Nate is a great artist because I have seen him tatto at least a dozen of my friends at Psycho City. I really wanted to go to this shop and have him do my newest tattoo. HOWEVER, the chick that answered the phone is not pleasant, helpful or willing to accomodate you in any way. She actually seemed like she did not want to be bothered. Needless to say she wouldn't give me an appointment! She did not care about my predicament in coming in before the appointment and made no attempt to help me out. She acted as though I was bothering her and wasting her time. Well time is money! And unfortunately, because of her Nate is not going to get my money. There are a lot of good artisits out there and the competition is fierce. Although I know Nate would've hooked me up with a beautiful tatt, I chose to spend my money elsewhere because his receptionist is so rude! Sorry Nate! Okay so getting a tattoo is a big deal. Or at least it should be.I got my first tattoo here at Diamond St. Tattoo... just today!Lets start with the staff, the two I've dealt with are Harmony and James.I give them kudos. Harmony has done my mother and my sisters' tattoos. She has a great personality and makes you feel very comfortable.James, is amazing! James did my tattoo, he made me comfortable and talked with me the whole time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, or a better person to do my tattoo.The shop is clean, and beautiful. They have a VERY sanitary procedure. The shop minimum is 60. Which is what I paid for my tattoo.Over all, an amazing experience.
