Chimera body art is a very nice shop it's clean.. it's sterile. Robert did a beautiful watercolor for me as a memorial piece for my son it's beautiful work. I consulted Robert a couple of times a about a cover-up tattoo which is of an otter and a Mer-Ferret frolicking in the water. I gave Robert $30 deposit as required and I knew it was going to cost a good amount of money for this tattoo because it's a cover-up and herein lies my problem. I have to save my money in order to get the tattoo but Robert pretty much refused to give me even a ballpark price on how much it would cost so I'm done I'm having to have somebody else do it. Outstanding....comfortable....people are very polite and carrying. Doc did exactly what I was looking for and then some. He has terrific ideas and is detailed and conscientious about sterility and care for tatoo afterwards. I feel his prices are fair compared to the art you are going to receive. I have been to three tattoo shops and have only a total of 11 tattoos but Rudys work at Chimera for my 10th and 11th tattoos are beyond what I have ever experienced at other shops. I now have come to this shop twice in the past week. Yea he's that good. The first time I got a small piece and it involved color. I have seen his work on one of my friends with the vibrant colors he uses and wanted a "piece of that". The tools he uses are CHOICE you cannot ask for a better talent ...than Rudy for his art and his demeanor and his patience and understanding. Rudy is nicknamed Doc and trust me the DOC is definitely IN this place you have to experience this place. I drive an hour to his shop located on what's called the Blvd and trust me, you'll have an amazing experience before walking into his shop until you walk out. This place is small and amazing! Got a group tattoo for 3 of us and everyone has been telling me how good they look. More importantly to myself, I love how it came out. Fantastic work done by the doc. Good friend of mine now and always makes my tattoos look exactly how I envisioned them and exceeds expectations.
