Literally called on my lunch break to see if someone was available to pierce my nose and boom he was (dang forgot his name). Walked in, signed waiver form, was called back , went over what was going to happen , picked out my jewelry, cleaned my nose very good, had me lay down and boom done. No pain at all! Super quick. In and out. Nice , clean and private room. I would recommend this guy and this place for a nose ring. He gave me thorough instructions on how to clean my nose and what to buy for after care. I walked into White Lotus and made an appointment with Osh the following day for a tattoo. I gave him a sketch of what I was interested in and he quoted a price. Deposit in cash for the appointment, which goes towards the tattoo; pay the balance after the work is done. I asked for a lotus + unalome combo for my wrist. The design is simple, clean, and is personally meaningful. I had just gotten back from a trip to Vietnam. The lotus is the official flower of Vietnam. The unalome is a visual symbol of reaching enlightenment in both the Buddhist and Hindu religions, which differs from person to person. It just happens to be a coincidence that I chose White Lotus as the place to get my lotus tattoo, but fitting in the grand scheme of things. I arrived early for my appointment and Osh was just cleaning up after his previous appointment. I only had a wait a few minutes for him to prep the area. Once he was ready, I signed some waivers and supplied my ID so he could make a copy. He showed me his final sketch and I told him I preferred pointed edges at the bottom. He made the changes and had me test out placement on my wrist. Once it was settled, he got to work. We made small talk while he worked and talked about food, of all things. I gave him some recommendations on which ramen places I liked in OC. He was done in about 30 minutes since my tattoo was pretty simple. They have an ATM you can use if you need to pull out cash. I handed him the design I wanted and he said it would be pretty quick. He was right about the quickness of it all (it took about an hour to do). I have been wanting to get a cartilage piercing for a while and my friends recommended White Lotus in Laguna Hills. I actually looked at reviews on yelp and they were all great except for those few that people said they felt like they were not friendly or did not feel welcomed there. I am 17 and of course was a little intimidated and scared they weren't going to be too friendly, but they turned out to be really nice and helpful. I got my piercing done by Adrian Castillo and he was really friendly and made you feel comfortable rather than scared. I have issues with needles, but Adrian let me lay down as he pierced my cartilage and was being really nice with making me feel less nervous. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be going back if I ever want anything else done. I give them 5 starts with no hesitation. Read Less

I tried to get my nosed pierced here earlier today. They said I couldn't at 14 even though I had a parent's consent and was completely aware of the possible consequences. Their piercer was a real jerk about it and kind of went off on me and my mother. I had an awful experience. I ended up at alternative arts tattoo and not only did they do it for me at 14, they did an amazing job and were extremely nice and helpful. My nose looks awesome and I love it.
