Just finished my sleeve with Fabian, overall it was a great experience! He was incredibly professional, from the first consult, to the last visit (a year later). He took my idea and ran with it - I get compliments literally, on an almost daily basis! His color work is beyond vibrant... The shop is always super clean, I refer people to Laguna Tattoo constantly!!!* My brother was tattooed here as well (by Marcus). His experience was similarly awesome!* I've had one, unfavorable experience... I set up a day and window of time with an artist (who later had to reschedule). Totally understandable, as I was a walk in. But when the day came for me to come back, he just didn't respond. Shout out to Brad Anderson from Laguna Tattoo.  I brought him a black line drawing of an ourosboros dragon and ask him to decide how it should be best executed and placement on my calf.  We made an appointment for the next day and he gave me a price that was pretty much what others had quoted.  He seemed like a decent guy, his artwork was good, so we shook on it and I returned about 15 hours later.  The next day he said, "I was thinking about your artwork and I'd like to add a little grey if you don't mind."  I told him that I would go with his judgement, but worried for a sec that the cost was gonna escalate.  When he was almost through he got up and came back with a clean needle and a small "pot" of white ink and added some highlights...something else that wasn't in the original quote.  The pictures show the difference.  Bear in mind that the completed tattoo picture was taken immediately after he finished, so all of the red in the picture is abrasion and bruising from the process, it will disappear over the next week or so.  He also "packed" in extra ink because it will leach out over the next four or five days.  The final price was what he had quoted me.  Check out his website at bradlyxanderson.com.Thanks, Brad!! Just got home from getting a tattoo with Brad (Bradley) OMG can I just tell you this guy is Ah-mazing - take a look at his portfolio his colors are so saturated and his line work perfection - I just got some line work bracelets around my wrist and he did it free hand (no stencil) just drew it on me we tweaked it a bit & then he made it permanent :) I almost wish I could have his signature on me like a painting he's THAT good. I'm going back to him for much more plus for him to do some coverups and fix other crappy tattoos I have from other artists. I was looking for a new tattoo, did some research, and found Devin. So glad that I did. Although he is super busy, I was lucky enough to get an appointment today. (Thank you Cindee for being so attentive and getting me the appointment!). I walked in with a few pictures, shared my idea, and he came up with the perfect tattoo. I got the tattoo on my inner forearm and barely felt a thing. And although he was extremely focused, he was a good conversationalist, as well. Awesome vibe, awesome artists,quality work and products, good service and very creative if you want, or exactly what you want if that's what you want.How do I know.We were three people that got tattooed by Brad yesterday two of us and today one of us. The two of us yesterday got something very specific, something that meant a lot to us. Brad drew it, stenciled it, gave some options, and got to work. He knew what I wanted more then I did, so he tried something out based on my specifications, but he himself wasn't satisfied, so he advised a small tweak, and basically fixed it. The second tattoo was someone's first tattoo, he was kind, explained everything and made sure she was comfortable. The next day, today we went in to see Brad again for something that would text his stamina, creativity, as well as skill. The third tattoo was dubbed as a touch up.  We showed him an older tattoo that was a bit faded and asked him to think of something. What we got was something that was brand new, vibrant, amazing, clean lines, and totally creative. Between three of us we spent a good 4-5 hours under the needle with about another two hours of design post op and prep, and we enjoyed every minute of it. Because one of us was always just a gong out when the other ones were getting tattooed we were able to talk to the other artists, Marcus and Devin are nice guys and their clients seemed really happy with their work.. but. This review is specifically for Brad!!! He truly rocks. My only suggestion is, go in to make an appointment and leave a deposit for when you want to go, they are really busy( sign of a good shop) so a walk in may have to be at a slower time, non weekends! But again, Brad, deposit, appointment, let him be creative or give him specifics, bottom line you will not be disappointed.  Only problem is, I want another one now!!! Read Less

Laguna tattoo is my favorite place to get tattooed. Their small storefront is comfortable, but yesterday it was so hot inside. I was on the verge of sweating, I was there in the afternoon when the sun was beating in, (I was informed that their ac doesn't work). However Marcus is the man! I have 3 tattoos from him and I love all of them. He makes me comfortable and he is easy to talk to when I want to tweak a design. The shop is clean, and the artists are super friendly. I was the concerned Mom going to watch how it's done. I was impressed by the quaint little family friendly shop. Devin was very professional, personable and has a great personality, which helps ease your nervousness. Both my older kids had tattoos done. First words in caligraphy, "For beauty is found within" which looked beautiful and classy on my daughter. My son got the Star Wars Death Star on his right upper arm, amazingly clean lines and perfect black coloring/shading. Thank you Devin for making my nervous Mommy experience a piece of cake. Marcus did an excellent job tattooing a little wave, you can trust him 100%. He really knows what he does and me and my friend couldn't be happier with the result - and we really have very special imaginations of how it should look like. Did a lot of research on the location and the artists! Let me tell you, I was not disappointed! I am a firm believer in customer service.  Marcus, Devin, and Cyndi went above and beyond. Scheduling appointments and creating a wonderful experience.  We brought our concepts and the artists added their creative touch.Believe me when I tell you, when you get inked, you and the artist need to understand each other.  There needs to be chemistry.  Believe in your art and the artist needs to be passionate about it.Devin and Marcus did such an epic job that I highly recommend them!
