If there were a 10-star rating that's what I would give Barbara for her amazing work on my face!  Barbara fixed a double-botched job previously done on my brows.  Now they're so amazing I get complimented all the time.  She chose the perfect color for my lips, exactly the same as the lip stain I used to use.  My eyeliner is beautiful and so convenient that with just a swipe of mascara I'm ready to go.  And all this WITHOUT ANY PAIN, because Barbara is a nurse and can numb you with a simple injection. I wanted a touch up on my permanent eyeliner: top and bottom. Barbara was very good. She definitely took her time with me and she's a nurse too. Everything was very clean and she has a very cozy office. Barbara made sure that I was really numb before starting the procedure and she did a great job. She is a perfectionist and you can see the difference in her work. Yes, she is expensive. But I think she is worth every cent. Barbara did a wonderful job fixing a botched job from PK at Salon Bella.  She took her time figuring out a nice shape for my eyebrows, lips and eyeliner.  Since she's a nurse she's able to numb you up first which really helps, also she uses an eye shield which makes all the difference.    I highly recommend seeing Barbara, she sings great also will she works on you. Permanent make-up with a fresh and natural look done by a nurse. I wanted to look fresher and not worry about wearing make-up when doing sports, but did not want to look fake or made-up. I met a woman who had permanent lipstick and eyeliner and the look was soft and natural. She referred me to Barbara at Permanent Cosmetic Artistry and it was a great find! I had permanent lip color done and I look fresh and natural. I chose a nice pink color to match my skin. I can still wear lipstick over it to change the shade of lipstick if I want a change. I trusted Barbara and found her to be safe, professional and the setting was as clean as an Operating Room.  It helped that I had seen her product on another woman who was fair skinned. Pricing is slightly higher than some of the nail places and hair salons that I researched but the safety and talent are worth it when it comes to something I look at everyday. I love getting up and seeing color in my lips versus looking pale. Best thing I have done for myself and it makes getting ready fast and easy.Update 7/10. When I do sports I do not have lipstick all over my water bottles.  I am saving money on lipstick and I figure that over the next few years the savings will pay for the cost of the procedure.
