I've gotten piercings here before done by Phil and he's a nice guy! But when I came in for my septum done it was another I want to say his name was David. The customer before me got her septum done and I heard him tell her that he will charge her for $45 but because he is giving her a discount it'll be $40 but after I got mine he charged me $45??? Why did I have to pay more is ridiculous! He obviously did it because of LOOKS. Not only that, he pierced my septum WAY too high up. So 2 months later I go back because I can't even take off the ball for the jewelry and it's the same damn guy. So he took off the ball and he says "I'll have to charge you for this" and I'm thinking "what the F??" ( because I had called earlier and was told there is no charge) so I said "okay how much?" And he said "ummm idk a couple bucks like 2 or 3 dollars" and I said "okay well I just have a 5" and he took it without giving me my change. He didn't even deserve the entire 5 dollars let alone keeping 2extra as a tip!!! I used to recommend this place to people but because of that guy I will Never return! He's so cheap and a die hard for money. He must be broke I guess. Read Less

Got my daith piercing here by Phil. He answered most of my questions, except for when I asked how bad the pain was going to be. Quick process and they have a lot of affordable jewelry. I think the needle got kinda stuck in my ear during the process but it really didn't hurt so I guess that's kinda forgivable. It doesn't hurt much now, so overall it was a good experience. Nice, affordable place to get piercings--unlike those freaking expensive places in Hollywood near where I go to school.4 stars because Phil is so chill that he sometimes comes off as nonchalant and bored. Went here for a navel piercing after reading the reviews and was extremely pleased. This was my second time getting that piercing, as I had gotten it done two months prior at a different location and it turned out crooked and poorly pierced. I wanted to avoid that again. Piercer was efficient, professional, made sure I was happy with how it was going to look beforehand and after. 10/10 would recommend.  I will absolutely be coming back for future piercings. Went in on a Saturday afternoon to get my nose pierced by Phil. I called ahead of time to see if I needed to make an appointment and they told me it wasn't necessary so that was great. As soon as I got there I was greeted by the staff and then went in the back to get it pierced. Phil was such a nice guy and talked to us throughout the process. Would definitely recommend him! After some research on daith piercings (and lot's of hope), because I wanted the migraine relief, I found Trigger Happy Tattoos. The reviews were good and spoke of the cleanliness, so I thought I'd give them a shot. I must say, I wasn't disappointed at all. Phil, super nice guy with great customer service skills, made me feel like an old friend. His calming manner made me feel comfortable. I got my first tattoo here on a random Tuesday night. My boyfriend and I decided to stop by 1 hour before closing to find out info about prices, appointments etc. We showed the artists our ideas and they agreed to do the tattoos that same night. Now, let me preface this by saying that I'm a scaredy cat, and I was SUPER anxious about the pain of my first tat. I had previously looked up Tyler Kinnaman's work on Instagram and requested mine be done by him, talented guy! He was so dope, was honest in telling me it would be painful but assured me it's worth it and he started slowly since he knew I was freaking out. Turns out, I'm a chicken shit scaredy cat but i have a high tolerance for pain  the whole process was smooth and although a little bit of the shading felt a rough, it was an AMAZING first experience overall. I talk a shit load too so Tyler was nice enough to answer all my questions about his tattooing experiences. Overall I'm SOOO happy about my tat and about the great service. This is for piercing only. I had gone on the hunt for a piercer to get may Daith pierced. Unfortunately she wasn't available but was recommended to David. On a whim, I drove out and found him. Very professional, friendly but not overly friendly to the point of making you uncomfortable. Answered all my questions and reviewed after care with me. Best part of all was that the actual piercing was quick and almost non painful.  I can't even say it was painful. Just felt some pressure and done!! Daith piercing done by David.I called before I went to ask for the price and check if they had time for me. They were really nice and told me it was $40 and that they could help me.I walked in and dang, the place was really clean and fresh. There were a ton of paintings on the walls and they are seriously amazing! Kinda wish I could buy some. You walk by the long bench and they have a decent jewelry selection right in front of the station.Anyways, I knew what I wanted and I did some research but still asked some questions and he was super nice and answered everything. I wanted a hoop earring for my daith but he told me that he would have to pierce me with a small curved barbell one first and wait for about a month before switching it out. He also told me that because it is so difficult to change, I could just come back and he would help me change it.The piercing part of it was almost painless! And it actually didn't throb afterwards. He told me that he was cleaning the area, pierced it, and told me there might be pressure when he screwed on the ball for the jewelry. Overall it was super quick. This is for piercings only.I got a conch pierce from Phil about a couple years ago.It went fine. I was very nervous and I liked how nonchalant he was and just went for it. Healed up real nice when I followed their instructions.Then I came back bc I had stubborn earring where the backing literally molded and wasn't able to take off.So this time I came to get it taken off and replaced with a shiny new one.I believe it was David who helped me this time.Went smoothly. My sister also brought in her friend to get a few piercings and it went smooth.She did her 2nd piercing on the lobes and 1 cartilage.David is very different from Phil.He was patient with us picking and choosing our accessories....how girls do. Oo~ing, ahh~ing and giggling. This review is long overdue I have been coming to Trigger Happy Tattoo for well over a year now. All my work has been done by Tyler. To date I have had five pieces done by Tyler. Here are the reasons I keep coming back: Tyler is great at listening to whatever ideas I come to him with & turning it into exactly what I envisioned. He is always willing to tweak the art work until I am 100% pleased. I feel confident in his honest expert opinion. Tyler is very talented, knowledgeable & experienced. His price point is right on. Side note: NEVER bargain shop for tattoos, they are permanent people! The facility always looks & smells clean.
