My 18 year old daughter did research on so many tattoo places and what tattoo she wants. She found this place on Yelp. After numerous and timely mannered emails with Chas, we did a walk-in. We were greeted by Brian immediately. Such a nice guy. My daughter asked if they take walk-ins. He said yes and asked what kind of tattoo she wanted. Brian told us they would have an opening in 2 hours with Chas. We just waited in the sitting area. They had a movie on so the wait wasn't too bad and it wasn't 2 hours.We finally met Chas. Great personality and very professional. My daughter showed him what she wanted. He drew up his version of the tattoo and we could not be happier with the end result! Such a great job. The shop is very clean and sanitary. Everything is drawn by the artists, you will not find clip art here. Brian, Billy and Chaz are not only amazing tattoo artists, they all have a very high level of customer service. They make you feel quite welcome and comfortable. It is clear that they care about their clients satisfaction. Brian is working on my tattoo and the first 3 hour session was so easy, he has a light hand with the tattoo machine. I am so happy that I walked into this shop a year ago for a walk-in. My first of two tattoos here was with Chas. I walked in with a piece a friend of mine had drawn for me. Chas was awesome from the beginning. The placement and size are perfect and I couldn't be happier. His attention to detail in this smaller piece is going to last for sure. The second piece was with Brian. I pitched him my idea of a llama and wheat and he killed it with the drawing. 2 days and 10 hours later, it came out way better than I could imagine. For both sessions Brian was good about cracking jokes and making sure I was comfortable giving the circumstances ( the back of the arm was a weee painful haha). My sister, daughter and I wanted to get matching tattoos to honor our mother/grandmother who has just passed away. We initially spoke with Brian, who was friendly and personable and answered as many questions as he could on the phone. When we went for our consultation, we met with Chas. Chas was both charming and professional, and he sat down with us to figure out exactly what we wanted. We all had similar but different ideas of what we wanted, and was able to hear all our i...deas and put our thoughts down on paper, and allowed us to come by for a preview the day before. My sister wanted a few minor changes on hers, which he did, and all three came out perfect. We all got exactly what we wanted, and we had a great time hanging out with Chas, as well as with Billy, the other artist working while we were there.
