I called to see if I could make an appointment to fix my dermal piercing and someone answered and was extremely rude on the phone. Nonetheless I continued to schedule an appointment for the night I called and he kept giving me short answers. It made me feel like I was a nuisance to him. I later called back with questions like, "Do you accept card or is it only cash?". He answered very shortly once again and said they take both card and cash, so I asked how much so I can have cash since they prefer cash and he said "$40, bye". So if that's their idea of customer service I'm out. It's common sense to answer simple questions that customers have especially when I'm trying to make it more convenient for you. I went to get an industrial piercing,  and Sharif did an amazing job. He was very personable and hilarious.  Sharif was joking around with me and my mom the entire time,  put any anxieties we had  to rest. After the incredibly quick piercing job, he was very informative about after care instructions;  he even recommended things that I already had or were incredibly cheap to buy to clean it with.   And to top it all off, it was cheaper than we expected it to be! Very happy with my first tattoo experience. Robert was the artist and he was great. Very patient with my eclectic ideas for my first tattoo! He drew several variations of one of the tattoos I wanted, and made helpful suggestions. After he was finished, he covered my tattoo with a plastic film to help it heal. Went here after reading all the good reviews. I was greatly disappointed. I went to get my daith pierced. The people were all very nice and helpful. But I wasn't given much information before getting it done.  The guy Sharif didn't seem know what I was talking about at first. This should have tipped me off to go to a more knowledgeable place but I didn't. That's on me. He took me to a tiny room the size of a closet with no privacy door. Didn't give me a sanitation strip to show all the instruments were first cleaned and almost didn't show me the jewelry he was going to put in. I had to ask.  Again, should have left but didn't. That's also on me. Then he does the piercing. It was SO painful. He was tugging and pulling so much I didn't know why it was taking so long just to get the needle in. Then finally he put the bar in and was almost done when the bottom ball fell off. He said he forgot to check it was on tight. So he took the next 5-10 minutes getting the ball back on. A painful 5-10 minutes. That's on him. Once he's done he is nice enough to apologize so I was thankful for that. But he didn't offer anything for the mess up. It was $40 total for everything but he charged me $38 because I paid with a card. I feel like it should have been more than a $2 discount. Half off minimum. On the way home it bled so much there was a puddle of blood in my ear. I didn't feel like it was placed in the right spot so after the third day (today) I decided to go to a dedicated piercing shop. No tattoo attached. Best decision. They said it was put too far out and the bar was too short that it would be a long process to heal properly. I had them take it out and put a daith piercing on my other ear. Night and day I tell you. Went 100% better. It took only seconds to put the needle and jewelry in as opposed to over 5 minutes. AND it barely hurt. Just a little. And nearly no blood!I wasted $38 going to Sharif and had to pay someone else to take it out. Not to mention all the pain!Also this place does not tell you the proper procedure for keeping it clean. Do not use antibacterial soap, contact cleaner, or q tips like they say. Maybe this place is good for a standard lobe piercing? I don't know but for anything more complex I'd go somewhere else. The guys here were great!  I was pretty nervous about getting my Tragus pierced, but everyone at the shop was lighthearted and helped calm the nerves of myself and another customer waiting. They took me without an appointment, Tim did my piercing, and walked me through it all... he gave great tips for after care. Tim also helped me get an earring into my upper lobe, which I thought had completely closed up, so thank you!Pricing was very fair. $55 for the piercing, jewelry, and cleaning product... plus a little extra help with the upper lobe. Oh my goodness! I just got my twin seven year old daughters ears pierced here and I am so glad that I did! Their piercer was so amazing and patient. My first daughter was really easy but my second was crying and didn't want to get it done but he was so patient and nice while we talked to her and calmed her down!!! Finally found the place, but about 2 years ago for their friday the 13th specials we had a horrible experience where our half black friend wanted to see if he could get a saints tattoo done, but they said no so he didn't fight it, but when Some guy 30 minutes after came and said if he could of gotten something that wasn't on the flash sheets done he said yeah so we confronted him about it and asked why that guy was allowed to get a custom piece done but our friend wasn't and so he kicked us out because of it. So it's been about 3 weeks since getting my conch piercing and the whole experience has been way more easy and simple than i expected! i got my left inner conch pierced with a 16 gauge CBR by the the owner of the shop i believe. he was super cool! i was pretty nervous and had several questions that he kindly explained. the piercing itself did hurt especially since it was through a thick piece of cartilage and i really wanted the ring instead of a stud. however, it was so worth it because the placement was awesome, the piercing looks hella dope and it's been healing perfectly fine! i experienced some soreness and swelling for the first week and a half but other than that it's been a smooth healing process so i gotta five props to the cleanliness of the shop and the pro piercing technique. i'm definitely coming back to get my rook pierced:) Read Less

Got my first tattoo at this place last Sunday and boy.. Was this the best experience I have underwent. I decided to get my first tattoo here with an artist named mackensie, I gave him a basic outline and how I think I would like it. After a sketch, he gave me advice on how to make it actually better and his opinions since I didn't really know much about tattoos. Okay, so I went to the Thai place next door (as I often do) and I thought I'd check out the Tattoo and piercing shop next door. I'm glad I did! I walked in to a very clean-looking shop and a nice welcome. When I told the guy I was looking to get some piercings done, he called Greg out to the front. Greg listened patiently as I told him what I wanted and I went ahead and made an appointment for the following week (just because I was too chicken to do it that day).Fast forward to the next week and Greg remembered my friend and I and was very friendly when he greeted us. He called me back and explain fully what he was going to do. We started with the tragus which went without a hitch, all the while, he is asking if I'm okay. Then came the daith. Ohhh emmm geee! That one hurt but Greg was astoundingly patient and gentle! This guy is awesome!!! Now, I went in partially because I have chronic migraines and people say these particular piercings help with the pressure. Either way, the piercIngs are cool. Here's the thing, Geeg could have just did them and got the money but he did a little research with a guy at the shop first and let me make a decision. Who does that? Awesome Greg! That's who!
