I had decided to update my existing tattoo last minute and I called around to like 3 tattoo shops and none of them picked up until I called Dinamik. Some good work here but lack of professionalism. Went in to see if they could draw something up for me. Artist said they could so I put down my deposit.On the day of, the artist postpones the appointment and when I arrive shows me something completely different than what I wanted and tries to sell me on it. Albert's work is amazing! Didn't have an appointment but he took me and worked with me on what I wanted to get. He takes the time to explain placement and where the tattoo would look best. Awesome place and staff!! This is the second tattoo Mike did for me. On both occasions he was able to accommodate my schedule and met my expectations. He was very gentle while tatooing me and although it hurt, it was worth the pain. (Heck yea!!) For being such a young artist, he’s very talented. He will go far. By far one of my favorite tattoo shops. My battle buddies and I came in around 2000 from Fort Irwin as walk ins and they tatted all of us. My artist was Alberto and he did two tattoos on me, both came out amazing. The shop was clean, the atmosphere was friendly and they honestly made my night. I've had a few tattoos done by other locations in the high desert, and none of them hold a candle to dinamik.  This place has amazingly talented artists running it. I got a beautiful piece done by Chris O. He was super patient with my schedule changes and getting exactly what I wanted. He provided very detailed work at a very reasonable price and seemed to genuinely care about  how it turned out. All the guys in there are friendly and funny, provide a very relaxed atmosphere. Maybe don't listen to their jokes if you're sensitive, but people with a sense of humour will have a lot of fun. Horrible experience, bad customer service. The guys in the shop were talking about how they were partying in the shop until 6 am the night before. And how they already had to cancel their 10am appointment. I wish now we had taken that slot and saved ourselves the misery. We were asked to sign paperwork before even seeing a design. The men working were saying really derogatory things about women. When one of us changed her mind, Albert was rude. We even tipped him after the first tattoo because I still wanted something done. This was supposed to be an experience for us and our was ruined by an employee's poor attitude and poor tattoo skills, frankly. The things we were asking of him were not impossible. It is not impossible to so small detail. And it's not impossible to tattoo a friggin' pineapple. And when your day is booked for 3 tattoos and one cancels...how does that mean you no longer have time to do the 2nd one? 0 star review **edited to say: I did not get tattooed. Scott Grosjean massacred my wrist with a tattoo that turned out scarred! It looks like a toddler drew on my wrist, not a professional tattoo artist! I felt a few days after I got the tattoo that it wasn't healing correctly. I went in to show Scott and he said, "Let it do its thing." I have several other tattoo and NONE of them ever healed this way. I called at the two week point to schedule an appointment for a touch up at the one month point and he refused to schedule. I wen...t into the shop at the one month point and I showed him how it tuned out and he said, "Well that's what you wanted." Really, I wanted a disgusting tattoo that makes me want to cry every time I look at it!??? NO! He kept telling me that it was still healing. It's as healed as it's going to get and scarred! Again, he refused to schedule another appointment for a touch up. I gave him every opportunity to fix his mistakes and at least give me peace of mind and he refused. I got my first tattoo here from Jacob and from the start my experience was pleasant. I found him through social media and messaged him and emailed the shop and both were responsive. I then came into talk about what I wanted and it was drawn up within a few days and made to my exact thoughts.
