My fiancée and I wanted to get matching tattoos on our arms, as well as an infinity tattoo on our ring finger. I called Lotus Tattoo and Mark was able to get us in that same day. We told him what we wanted and he drew it up and it was better than what we had imagined. Mark was very professional, spending time showing us the clean needles/equipment he was using and talked to us about how the finger tattoos might not heal well at all and will likely come off altogether (we knew... that from doing research but I still appreciated him talking to us about that). Mark was very personable the entire time, made me feel very comfortable and I am extremely happy with the way both my tattoos came out. He walked us through the process of taking care of the tattoos and let us know that we could text him/call him/come in if we had questions. He did a touch up for my mom who is 65 and it hurt her the first time she got it done by someone else and she said this time he was so gentle that it didn't hurt one bit. UN-happy to say the least. THe rating is MINUS - 10. I came in with my eyebrows brown and classic with a soft-square front edge arching off to a fine point. NOt down and around and unbalanced. About 1/2 inch off the end, unfinished in the front! The girl Christine who didn't show me any license, didnt' show me the closed clean needle package either time?. She didn't finish the front edge of my R. eyebrow the first trip in. Said she said quote we'll finish that when we touch up! WTF! When I came back she ignored me until i said hello?; can we do the touch up now? I let her go on to finish doing nothing actually , talk, lolly-gag and what not., Quite a while after I arrived she got to me during an ongoing conversation, sharing how profficient she is in ? X-Box? games? huh, a girl into computer games how novel, so-what!, By the way, while I waited for her to get it together I had something else done, while waiting, I a piercing, the guy was , gave me a good price, and a sparkly thingy ! I'm really enjoying it., until I'm bragging, the person whom I'm showing it to says, oh my god, its not straight either. Naturally all I'd expect is a straight up and down, which I think is fair. Though I had never thought having one before TITO made a quick, painless thing out of it. He has some nice ideas, and photo's of things you may not have thought of ..Whatch your posture though, stand flat footed and square shouldered for your own good!!! In case the "person" doing it is stairing at Your TitTS instead of your shoulders, like in my case. Without answering to it, satisfactorily, the inaccuracy is obvious, on both brows. then there's.. James, he blows me off.. after Christine buchers my face a and Corona wants to do frankenstein science on it and I'm supposed to .. What?. My advice is don't go . I mean I really tried to be the best customer. I was patient, paid, tipped Come out with rounded eyebrows dispite coming IN with them softly squared in the front arching, classic. So hearing Christine remark on how PRETTY they were they way I had done them. The way I always do them. THe way the last 2 proffessional operators did them,Perfect twice before, I have also seen plenty of perfectly placed piercings, !..? So what's the problem? Read Less
