HORRIBLE customer service and unprofessionalism from the owner, Tony.I'm not one to write 1-Star reviews, but the customer service at this tattoo shop, by not only an employee, but the owner deserve it. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Solely, because of the customer service. This place is highly unprofessional, and clearly does not care about their customers. As a tattoo artist, you're creating beautiful art on someone's body, where it will be f o r e v e r, and to be made to feel so uncomfortable by the person doing this, was a horrible experience. I expect more from the owner of a business.I reached out to the owner to book two tattoo appointments about 24 hours in advance via yelp, to which he responded and said yes come in on Sunday and we can take you both. On Sunday I texted the owner, Tony, before coming in to make sure my husband and I would be seen simultaneously, as to be efficient with time. I asked if we should both come in, or if I should come in and my husband come later and he told us to both come in. I asked this because Tony said I would be started first, and my husband's artist would come in shortly after. Obviously, I didn't want my husband to waste his time if he needed to wait for the second person to come in, but I also didn't want to get there alone and then the second artist show up. So, we got there and I guess they're not normally open on Sunday's, so it was just Tony. We asked when the other guy would be coming in to start on my husband and he said 15-30 minutes. Okay, that's not bad at all... well 30 minutes went by and he wasn't there, so Tony texted him. At this point, 1 hour had gone by so he texted the guy again and then reassured us that he would be there soon. Then 2 hours had gone by when this guy finally showed up to the shop, and didn't apologize about being late. At this point, my tattoo was almost done, but instead of starting right away on my husbands, he ordered pizza, did no portion of my husband's tattoo (at this point my husband was so livid that he left and went to the car) and then after 30 minutes, the pizza arrived and Tony took a 20 minute break for lunch. Which, by the way, he had about 10 minutes left on my tattoo when he took a lunch break. I know this because when he came back from lunch, I was done after 10 minutes. Therefore, a tattoo artist would know how close he was to being done, and with 10 minutes left, he should have finished my tattoo, not keep me and my husband waiting even longer. Then Tony stated multiple times that he hoped my husband wasn't mad and that he would be discounted if he came in at another time. Not to mention, a third tattoo artist came in during the process of waiting for the second artist, and just sat around talking to Tony for an hour whilst Tony was doing my tattoo. Tony even stated the second artist was taking a very long time to the third artist, but the third artist did not offer to do my husband's tattoo (which, okay, he wasn't your customer so I get it, but why not provide good customer service for the shop and make some money?). I was SOOO uncomfortable during the last 30 minutes of my tattoo appointment. Obviously Tony knew he had fucked up, otherwise he wouldn't have repeated multiple times about my husband being upset and saying he would give a discount if he came in at a later time. If Tony (who, bare in mind, is the owner) didn't have a confirmed second tattoo artist, he should have been up front about that, and not asked us both to come in. He also should not have lied about when the second person was going to arrive, he should have asked the third tattoo artist who came in if he could help instead of casually implying it by making comments about the tardiness of the tattoo artist we were waiting for, and should not have taken a lunch break that close to finishing my tattoo. What makes this so much worse, is that my husband works 12 hour days and that Sunday was his only day off that week, and he spent his one day off wasting his time because of Tony not being a responsible business owner. Secondly, I reached out to Tony 6 weeks after my tattoo appointment for touch ups because the ink bled and some of the lines were faded and I could see my skin through them. I felt so uncomfortable, I didn't want to go back for the touch ups, but at the same time I paid for the tattoo and it would be touched up for free. Regardless of the uncomfortableness, I reached out and he responded and said okay, but when I responded asking for his availability he ignored me and just never responded. I love my tattoo, despite the fact that I now need to go and get it touched up by a different tattoo artist, and will have to pay for that. However, I wish I did not go to this tattoo shop because it was 120$/hour and I gave this place my hard earned money, and they did not deserve it. Read Less
