I came to Dulce Studio with high expectations to get microblading done on my eyebrows. She talked highly of herself and came off very friendly. The work was done, and unfortunately the results were below average. The eyebrows do not look alike whatsoever and after a year the ink has blended in together and now it looks like a drawn on tattoo rather than individual hairs. She was the only microblading artist in town and the work on her Instagram looked good but now I wish I could go back I would have taken the trouble to travel elsewhere to a studio with more experienced staff. I'm beyond thrilled and happy at the work Daisy did on my brows! I went to LA last year to get my brows micro-bladed thinking the artists down there were more advanced. I was wrong! I had been looking for someone to do my mom's eyebrows for a long time. We were not going to just jump into anything because the price was right. You pay for quality and professionalism and that is exactly what my mom got when we went to Daisy. She was amazing. I am absolutely not happy as to how her employee(s) run her business. I don't think it's very professional that they do not keep their end of their word when I asked for a confirmation email of my appointment and a reminder for my appointment the day before. If I am leaving a $100 deposit to move forward with my appointment, I suggest you provide the client with what they want prior to their service. What does that say about the business as a whole? If you can't email me a confirmation or give the client a courtesy call as promised to, what makes me think their promise is kept on their end to give me outstanding service during my appointment? I am a very very busy individual, who ASKED PRIOR to booking the appointment if it was okay to do so and I was reassured from the woman who booked my appointment (Not Daisy) that it was not a problem and they understand completely... I even acknowledged the fact that it was so kind of them because I WILL miss my appointment if I don't get a call to confirm the day before. I come to find that they were VERY able to reassure me that since I didn't keep my scheduled appointment they were keeping my $100 deposit. I do hope that Daisy reevaluates her employee(s) and their commitment to keeping up with their clients. I am in no way saying anything negative about Daisy and/or her work (which to me looks amazing!!!!) and I completely understand that ultimately it is my responsibility to show up to my appointment but come on, I'm giving you $100 for just booking the appointment, the least you can do is give your client what they want and need. *attached is proof of their commitment in keeping their $100 for a no show in a uncompleted message... I found Daisy's Facebook page through a high school friend that mentioned Daisy's work was Amazing. So I checked her out to see all the before and afters. And to my surprise she had to be the best I've seen. I called to talk with her about having the microblading 3d eyebrow procedure done. I let her know i previously had them tattooed and also had a scar on one of my eye brow from a horrible car accident. She reassured me this is what she live for, to help achieve a person's ⋯⋯perfect eyebrows. Hearing this made me set an appointment ASAP. The day of my appointment I was so scared mostly because the pain, I wasn't sure I could handle it. But to my surprise it was painless. Her numbing ointment works wonders. After she was done she showed me the mirror and I was Extremely Excited to see I finally had normal eyebrows. Very unprofessional! $30 fee to lose if you don't book. All professional services provide a price range (they will not until a consultation is done). I understand it'll be more if someone had it perviously done, tattoo, etc...however, customers should not be tricked into paying a nonrefundable fee and finding out the price is more than what they are willing to pay and lose $30. very great work but she is not professional when it comes to her clients, she is charging 30$ just to be seen for a consultation plus 100$ upfront if you continue from deposit , the 30$ doesnt get added to your total price neither! I have been doing research on microbladding for over a year and finally was referred to Daisy by a friend. Went on to her IG and looked at all her work and knew she was the one right away.I Emailed her on a Friday and got a response and a phone call for a consultation the following Monday. Veronica her asst. showed me what Daisy would like to do and explained the process. My appt was scheduled for October but I got a call the next day asking if I would like to come in that Wednesday due to a cancellation of course I said yes and was very excited. The day of the of the procedure I filled a couple forms out. Daisy then applied numbing cream to take the edge off. Daisy explained everything step by step she's very gentle and I had absolutely no pain. I've gotten so near-sighted that I can't get close enough to the mirror to put my eyeliner on. I probably spent a year asking around for someone to do permanent liner and after Daisy's name popped up every time, I bit the bullet and made the appointment. It did not hurt! It was very buzzy sounding but not painful in the least. She did a soft brown-black, very thin because I was worried I'd look too done, which I didn't. I went back about a year later to have it made a little thicker...and I probably will go back one more time. I'm very fair, with white hair and blue eyes and I didn't want the liner to really pop out "Yoo hoo!Look what I had done!"Daisy is meticulous and very professional. She totally understood that I wanted a gradual change...and the second time wasn't even buzzy. It honestly didn't hurt in the least.
