Horrible service. I got my tounge done over a year ago and still and not recive the correct bar. He kept saying he would call and never did. It took me going in with my boyfrind before his even made a meserment and still failed to call. He also gave me the wrong balls for the tounge ring. My daughter had her ears pierced, and I had my nose re-pierced (the hole closed 15 years ago). Henry was professional, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained every step of the procedures as well as aftercare. The shop was clean, even the bathroom (hey, that's important!). Henry used carefully sanitary practices throughout, and we left very satisfied customers. I don't plan on more piercings, but would most definitely return here. My grandson got his ears pierced several days ago. But on the 4th of July he was skateboarding and pulled his shirt off and while doing so it pulled one earring out. Now this was on the 4th of July, around 5:00pm. I notified Henry the owner of shooting ink tattoo and he wanted to meet us at his shop. As we drove up to his shop I noticed he had his family in the car and they were actually heading out for an evening of fireworks. Henry took the time to fix my grandson's earrings. My 13 year old and 8 year old went in for ear piercings, and the oldest didn't want to go through with it. The youngest had them done. He did an amazing job. I'd recommend him to anyone. This was by far the best experience I have had! I was a little nervous as my last tattoo was done in Reno and hurt like heck! So I asked Henry to do a little bit so I wasn't so nervous! I got a coverup from Henry. Best decision I ever made. He was professional, funny, talented and a beautiful artist. He turned a 25 yr old blob of a tattoo into a beautiful collection of flowers. We had a brief consultation where Henry listened to my ideas and suggestions. He ended up created a tattoo with several personal meanings to me intertwined throughout the whole tattoo. My mom, daughters and I went in for some piercings and hoop removal for my youngest.  My mom and I got tragus piercings and my old daughter her second lobe piercings and nose piercing. We felt super comfortable from the moment we walked in. Not only is the shop impeccably clean and inviting but Henry is very thorough and personable. He fully explained the procedures to us each time. The piercings all went great and he was wonderful with my 10 year old getting her hoops out. Went in for a nose piercing, went out with a crooked hole, the exit of the piercing was on the lower ridge of my nostril, it looked like a silver booger. Then she refused to give me my money back. She did offer to repierce it, but I didn't trust her anywhere near my nose with a needle again. Lame. Read Less
