Had a great experience here with Cory, for my second and largest tattoo. He was super patient, listened and used my input, made my mom feel comfortable (she came with me!), and overall did fantastic work. I didn't deal with other artists really, but Mischa was very welcoming and helpful when I walked in looking for more information before I booked an appointment. Pricey but not ridiculous and well worth the cost for the quality. Bonus: I got my third tattoo while on my honeymoon in Maui, and the tattoo artist I worked with knew of Cory and his work. I had put a down payment for a tattoo and my dog got sick went in there to cancel my appointment and get my money back they told me no refunds.... now I can't pay for my dog to go to the vet.... Just had a beautiful little rose done on my right middle finger, by Eddie, and could not be more pleased with it! Super nice guy and so easy to talk to. I am the owner of classic tattoo and wasnt happy to read the reviews listed below, Until I put 2 and 2 together. The reviews from thesloth and the mandingo are pretty suspicious since the have left terrible reviews for all the shops in the area and praised what I think to be their own. I have close to 15 years in grass valley and have repeat clients from day one. You don't get that from being rude or dirty. I stand behind every person affiliated with the shop and have seen the other shops come and go and they all use the same slander tactics . Its funny because if they just kept their head down and actually worked hard they might achieve something. Being a big fish in a small pond has nothing to do with it, I work hard every day and know that I will draw more, paint more, and push myself harder than anyone that wastes their time by trying to write negative feedback to benefit themselves.
