Went in with my father today, to ask about getting a tattoo he wanted and I have never received such unprofessional service in a tattoo shop in my 13 years of getting tattooed! First, when we walked in it took the "artist" 5 minutes to even acknowledge us, and WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE SHOP, he was too busy on his phone I guess. Then when my father started explaining to the "artist" what he wanted the artist immediately began giving excuses for why he didn't want to do the tattoo. First, he said the area my father originally wanted the tattoo in was too small for what my dad wanted, which was understandable, so we said ok, and asked if my father's forearm would be better. To which the "artist" replied that yes, that would be better, but then switched it up to no, the area was still too small....keep in mind that my father was not asking for a huge elaborate piece. Then the "artist" began saying how THE PIECE WOULD BE TO HARD FOR HIM, and then proceeded to try and convince my father that he should get another piece. So basically the gist of what the "artist" was saying is that he was too lazy and didn't want to do the tattoo. So VERY unprofessional and I will never go back to this shop and will be telling my friends to stay away as well. Read Less

I would not recommend this place!! I got my navel pierced here about a year ago. Even though the guy was working on someone else's tattoo, he put him on hold to pierce me quickly. He clearly didn't know what he was doing because his hand kept slipping and he was shaky. Turns out he pierced a small amount of skin... Not only was it crooked but it didn't even last me a month. My belly button got infected and it couldn't have been my fault simply, by the way it was pierced, and I take very good care of any body piercing. I asked for a refund and the guy rudely said "There's no way I'm giving you your money back, but I can pierce it again for you." At this point, I said no because I did not trust him and didn't want multiple holes on my navel. I asked to speak to the owner and he kept giving me excuses like "he's on break, he won't be back". So no one ever got to me. Until this day, I have a nasty scar and wasted $45 for a piercing that didn't even last me a month. Overall, this place offers poor customer service. I just got this rad little UFO done by Gary and super stoked about it!  Gary drew it right on my arm from an inspiration picture and his level of detail was insane.  He's an animator for production studio and so his skills are !Setting up another appointment for a much bigger piece with him already.  His pricing is great too!  I would totally recommend his tattoo shop! My brother, his best friend and I got tattoos from the shop and the experience was great! Art and Patrick are awesome  very detailed with their art. They are so friendly and they are super chill! Art did my brother and his best friends tattoo and they turned out amazing! Patrick did mine and I am very happy with how it turned out. He was very gentle with the needle.
